Overall a good hotel. But they should improve on the checkout, eg. Offer express checkout options especially (room card drop off box) for those who have already settled the bill. Otherwise it’s a long queue.

Got upgraded to a suite and the room was gorgeous. Throughout the stay, the staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the hotel amenities.
I’m glad that the room I booked came with the use of the lounge. It solved most of my meals in those few days as the location of the hotel was not ideal. There’s was no shopping malls or food options in the immediate surrounding, making the hotel fairly isolated.
My room though big, was facing the train tracks. Being a light sleeper, I couldn’t sleep for the few nights as the sound from the moving trains were loud throughout the day, and late into the nights. The sound proofing of the room devotedly needs improving as apart from the train, I kept hearing noises from other rooms often.

A room was very clean and spacious.
Room was really nice. Service is top notched by the hotel staff. I didnt give 5 stars because there were some mold and cracks on the wall of the shower room.

Perfect hotel to stay
I stayed here for a week from work. The staff are friendly. The room service is good for snacks and light food and generally reasonable price. There is nothing to do around the hotel.
I stayed one night here (upgraded to a suite room). Woke up in the middle of the night around 3am itching all over. I thought it was mosquito but no… something in the bed sheets caused me to have severe hives for the next 24 hours. I switched to another hotel and now the hives are gone.
Safe. very clean, comfortable bed and bedding set, excellent breakfast buffet . 5-6 bucks taxi to downtown, walkable to subways, outstanding services, definitely will come back
