Cleanliness
9.1
Generally praised as extremely clean in multiple reviews ("Extremely clean", "very clean"). A few isolated issues noted: mold/cracks in a shower and one guest reported a severe allergic reaction likely linked to bedding.
Service
9.4
Consistently described as friendly, helpful and professional ("staff were friendly and helpful", "service is top notched", "exceptional services", "所有服务员的职业素质都很高"). Lounge/staff assistance also praised.
Location
7.2
Mixed to negative: several guests found the hotel isolated or far from restaurants/shopping and inconvenient ("not within walking distance", "fairly isolated"). A minority noted easy taxi/subway access.
Room Quality
8.4
Rooms described as spacious and sometimes upgraded to attractive suites. Some negatives: train noise/poor soundproofing for rooms facing tracks and occasional wear (cracks) or bedding issues.
Amenities
9
Amenities are strong and frequently praised: pool (25m indoor), sauna, steam room, lounge access that solved meals for some guests, and other on-site facilities.
Value for Money
8.6
Generally seen as good value ("PRICE IS RIGHT", "definitely will come back"); some mentions that breakfast can feel a bit expensive for what is offered.
Food and Beverage
9
Breakfast repeatedly described as excellent and abundant; on-site restaurant (Yunnan) also praised. One comment about occasional reuse of items on the buffet was noted.
Overall Experience
9.7
Overall positive stays dominate ("Excellent stay!!", "Definitely will come back", "Overall a good hotel"). Minor but meaningful downsides (location, checkout queues, isolated bedding/cleanliness incident) tempered otherwise strong experiences.

Pros:

Overall a good hotel. But they should improve on the checkout, eg. Offer express checkout options especially (room card drop off box) for those who have already settled the bill. Otherwise it’s a long queue.

Nice hotel, but bad location
Pros:

In Beijing for business and my local colleague recommended the hotel.

Got upgraded to a suite and the room was gorgeous. Throughout the stay, the staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the hotel amenities.

I’m glad that the room I booked came with the use of the lounge. It solved most of my meals in those few days as the location of the hotel was not ideal. There’s was no shopping malls or food options in the immediate surrounding, making the hotel fairly isolated.

My room though big, was facing the train tracks. Being a light sleeper, I couldn’t sleep for the few nights as the sound from the moving trains were loud throughout the day, and late into the nights. The sound proofing of the room devotedly needs improving as apart from the train, I kept hearing noises from other rooms often.

Pros:

Super dejligt hotel! Det lå fint for os! Nemt og billigt at komme til centrum med taxa!

Morgenmad var dog lidt dyr!

Family room review
Pros:

Room was really nice. Service is top notched by the hotel staff. I didnt give 5 stars because there were some mold and cracks on the wall of the shower room.

Pros:

I stayed here for a week from work. The staff are friendly. The room service is good for snacks and light food and generally reasonable price. There is nothing to do around the hotel.

Pros:

I stayed one night here (upgraded to a suite room). Woke up in the middle of the night around 3am itching all over. I thought it was mosquito but no… something in the bed sheets caused me to have severe hives for the next 24 hours. I switched to another hotel and now the hives are gone.
