Fab stay at this hotel
Pros:

Second time staying here. The beds are the comfiest I’ve ever stayed in, staff are so helpful and perfect location. So happy to have big TV in room and Netflix…heaven!!

Cons:

Nothing-it was a great break away!

Pros:

Good location. Well appointed, clean and tidy room. Great shower. The staff were really welcoming and helpful. Particularly the lovely waitress at breakfast, who was very attentive.

Cons:

The lighting in the room wasn't bright enough, but that's our opinion. As the hotel is so close to the railway station, it's a little noisy at times.

HORRIBLE AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Pros:

Shocking complete false advertisement

Cons:

The price for the room was unbelievable
Mouldy fridges no use of the kitchenette which I paid a lot more for than a normal room
Painted the bathroom floor which then made everything in the room black including my feet !
Live wires hanging out of the tv because they could t fit the plug up the stem of the bracket

very friendly and helpful staff / large bedrooms / central location

Cons:

breakfast - only served until 9am (too early!) / lack of parking and all parking spaces nearby are only for 1 hour / reception of hotel very tired looking, looks like a cheap hostel upon first impression until you see the bedrooms and they are very large. A bit outdated But very Clean. Didnt pay a lot for hotel so get what you pay for i suppose. The wifi was on an unsecure network -not good

Cons:

The noise from the pubs outside the hotel. Rooms at the front are very loud with drunks all night until early hours then the road sweepers start annhour later. Rooms at backyard quieter

A budget hotel but in a convenient location.
Pros:

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was a good size and very clean though a little dated.

Cons:

Whilst there was a heating/airconditioning dial on the wall it did not work - there was no power to it so there was no control of the room temperature. It was very hot and I had to leave the window open. There is a train track right outside the back and this is what I heard all night. No eating or bar facilities - we had to find somewhere to eat int he evening. Breakfast was provided but it was limited.

Good location, good price.
Looks were deceptive outside looks tired and run down but inside was acceptable.
Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Air con not working, only given one doorcard
Only one towel for a double room.
Asked for another towel and extra pillows and staff brought to room within 15ins of asking
