Cleanliness, Comfort, Location, Quietness. We live on Gozo and like to take short breaks on. This was our first visit to The Park Lane Aparthotel. We would certainly use it again and not hesitate to recommend it to others.
There really was nothing to dislike

Centrally located and close to the bus station. It was easy to walk to the sea and to many different restaurants. The apartment was spacious and we had the conveniences of a hotel, cleaning services and 24hr reception, without the general hubbub of a hotel. The pool area was small but great and I could imagine that it gets busy at peak times. All the staff were friendly and quickly sorted any query. They couldn’t have been more helpful!
We had a 3 bedroom apartment with plenty of interior space but the balcony was small. It was not usable when the AC was on as the hot air expelled from the unit made it impossible to sit out there. Fortunately we could use the pool area so it was not a problem for us.

On arrival didn’t have hot water for 2 days (as one of the days was a Sunday), I wasn’t offered any other facilities to be able to have a shower & wash my hair, didn’t think this was acceptable at all considering how much money we had spent to stay there
Floor was so dirty in the room we had black feet but asked the cleaner if she clean it please

Zaproponowano nam ogromny apartament w cenie mniejszego. Po wymeldowaniu bez problemu zostaliśmy na basenie ze względu na późny lot.
Pokoje są czyste, ręczniki wymieniane codziennie, klimatyzacja działa świetnie.
W lobby są książki i szachy.
Basen jest czysty i ma świetny widok na morze!
Minutę od hotelu jest zajezdnia autobusowa, dojedziesz stąd wszędzie! Kilka minut od hotelu jest całodobowy świetnie zapatrzony market, są knajpki otwarte już od 7 rano, przy hotelu jest apteka.
Jeśli wrócę na Maltę, to z pewnością nie będę szukać innego hotelu, tu jest wszystko czego trzeba do szczęścia 🥰
