To be honest I did not like anything at the hotel
The staff were very racist towards me because I was English. When I arrived I was informed that the room had been paid for and I was given my room key card and on the way to the lift a member of staff in front of other guest stated that my room had not been paid for and I need to return to the reception and pay for my room. I was left at reception for nearly 45 minutes because every time a Spanish family arrived they would ignore me and deal with the Spanish families. I asked to see a manager and I was told that there was not a manager available, but this was untrue because a Spanish guest had just spoken to the manager. The hotel then tried to over charge me for the room by stating that I was a walk in guest when I had booked the room through Booking.com. The room was dirty and I was given a very small room with a bath when the other rooms where walk in showers and bigger rooms. The bath had an hole in it and was plugged with mastic sealant, the handrail was dirty, the shower screen around the bath was mouldy.
Lovely room, clean, comfortable and attended to every day. Outside Barcelona, but with easy access.
Breakfast wasn't great, but no worse than most continental buffets. Not worth the price, though.
