Muy buen personal, hemos sido atendidos muy bien.
Muy buena habitación y vistas.
Muy buen desayuno (variedad dulce y salado).

Muy buena playa a un ratito del hotel.
Hotel situado a 15 minutos de línea L2 de metro el cual tarda unos 20 minutos para llegar al centro. Algo menos para llegar a la sagrada familia.

The housekeeping staff were all very friendly.

Cons:

The reception was arrogant. We arrived one hour early than check in time and were told that early check-in would cost an additional €20. After paying, we were given a room in a corner. The bed was very small, and the room felt cramped and humid. The air conditioning was extremely noisy, and the bathroom door was broken. The room had nothing to do with the photos shown online. We wanted to change rooms, but we were told that this was the only double room available and that the only alternative would be a twin room. Hello? We had booked this room type well in advance and even arrived early for check-in. What do they mean by “the only one available”? After staying for three nights, we came back and were sick for a week.
