We had a wonderful afternoon tea experience. The freshly baked scones were warm, served with generous portions of rich clotted cream and delicious strawberry jam. They were simply perfect.
The selection of desserts was equally impressive, beautifully presented and full of flavour. Every sweet treat was delicate, fresh, and not overly sugary.
Combined with excellent service of Bansri and a lovely atmosphere, it made for a truly memorable afternoon tea.
We had afternoon tea here recently and the food was amazing!! There was a great selection of sandwiches, cakes and scones!! We were offered extra tea and the staff were very accommodating and kind. We were too full to eat the scones and Bonsri was so kind as to pack them up for us with no fuss!! She was very attentive.

The service from the team, especially Bansri, has been exceptional, extremly patience (we were a table of 9 people, 2 kids and 2 babies), informative with the menu, and respectful of our times and requests, on top of all, she always had a smile to share.

We were served by a lovely lady named Balsri. From start to finish she was very kind and gave excellent customer service. We had afternoon tea. Everything was organised and prepared well. She was polite and lovely. Highly recommend their afternoon tea here at Bentley hotel and outstanding service from Balsri! 😀 To add to that, the facilities were very clean! Interior and cleanliness is a 10/10!
A great visit starting at 14:30 with our bags kindly being taken from us for safe keeping. We were then hosted by 2 fabulous members of staff, quietly attended to with care only a grandmother would display. Thankyou all for a lovely experience !

Excellent service for high tea and the tea and food was wonderful, fresh, delicious, and tasty! We had a special occasion birthday and they made us feel special and well taken care of with attention to detail and a little extra birthday treat! The high tea was a wonderful value and we loved every minute! The hotel is beautiful and elegant and exactly what we had hoped and dreamed for our event!
