An awesome property with great lobby, rooms and staff.
Pros:

Prop has improved significantly - some of the in-room furnishings have been updated. Lobby remains awesome as always and the rooms and grand bathrooms are 10/10. B'fast is quite pedestrian and serving staff need coaching - that is one constant that never seems to change but overall great improvement.

Cons:

STOP penny pinching - The breakfast spreads and turning off central air-conditioning to save a few quids just spoils the experience. Had to request twice to have my room AC switched back on after the in-rrom temperature went up to 24 degrees from 18 degrees.

A Gem in South Kensington
Pros:

We have stayed at the Bentley many times. It is our "go to" place in London. This hotel is a hidden gem. The hotel is beautifully maintained. The rooms are large (especially large for London) and very comfortable. It has many attributes of five-star luxury hotels, yet the prices are far more reasonable. The location is absolutely perfect--a short walk from two tube stops that have several major lines at each one. The South Kensington neighborhood is perfect. And, the staff is, perhaps, the most outstanding attribute of the hotel. All of them are eager to help in any way that they can--they are so friendly and they always have smiles on their faces. We look forward to seeing them each time we come back to London (twice a year). The fact that many of the staff has been at the hotel for so longs says so much about the hotel.

Muscle melt massage
Pros:

I had a wonderful muscle melt Hammam massage. The therapist was excellent. I felt I had time to properly switch. It was lovely being able to use the sauna as well.
