Pros:

Close to yhr center of town

Cons:

The hotel cannot be reached by car. Parking is 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Staff was very helpful to assist us..
Also difficult to find via Google maps.

Very central and prime location hotel.
Pros:

It’s very central in the town. Near to the old town which is full of restaurants. It was clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly. Rooftop bar was top class with fabulous views around the city. Breakfast was top notch.

Cons:

Though it was very noisy in the corridors. You can hear constant banging and scraping which especially in evening time. Not to sure where it came from. It could be next room or from the lifts in the corridor.

Central location and great staff
Pros:

The hotel is very central and the staff super nice and welcoming.
Everything is carefully clean and maintained, with a unique decoration that fits very well with the city vibe and the hotel's location

Cons:

If you don't like AC and prefer to sleep with your window open, you will get some noise from the street. It's the consequence of being in the city centre, but beyond the hotel's control/responsibility.

Limpieza muy mala,nada mas entrar vi la bañera con pelos negros largos y cristal de la bañera sucio.
Una de las camas individuales está fatal n se podría dormir,muy desgastada.Desayuno no varía.

Pleasant stay but did not like the location of the room.

The staff were extremely helpful.

Cons:

My room was quite dark and therefore not really relaxing. The phone charger disturbed my sleep too as it was continually flashing off and on. Because I can’t hear, light is one thing that disturbs me. Just wouldn’t want to be in that room, my whole holiday.

Precioso y céntrico, muy recomendable
Pros:

+ Muy buen ubicado, permite ver las zonas principales de Funchal caminando.
+ Es precioso. Tanto por la decoración interior como por la maravillosa terraza en lo alto del hotel, con unas vistas increíbles (es caro pero ofrecen una bebida gratis de cortesía en ella con tu estancia, lo que se agradece!).
+ Desayuno 7/10. Nada especial pero correcto y variado.
+ Habitación con neverita.
+ Recepción 24h y personal muy amable.

Cons:

- La habitación es algo pequeña. El baño está separado por una puerta transparente, lo que puede ser incómodo si viajas con amigos o así.
- La ducha es algo incómoda, siempre sale algo de agua para afuera.

Gostámos imenso da experiência! Apesar de ter sido uma passagem breve, fomos recebidos com uma hospitalidade incrível. C

Localização, amabilidade funcionários, limpeza

Cons:

O quarto que me foi atribuído era no último piso, apesar de ser muito bom e amplo era sem janela apenas com um pequeno postigo no teto inclinado. O que limitava a possibilidade de poder usufruir das vistas do hotel.
