The room was big and clean, good bathroom
But the hotel a bit too far from the Stansted Airport , not walkable 2.5 miles
Staff person on reception, Jakub, was verJacob, when I arrived Sunday evening.
I got no response on Sunday evening when I tried to contact the hotel from Stansted.
My understanding was that there was a regular shuttle bus service to the hotel.
It cost me quite a bit of time and enquires at the airport to establish whether there was a bus or not. As the hotel wouldn't answer and the bay number I was given didn't have any people waiting and there was no sign of a bus I ended up getting an expensive taxi. I also booked a taxi for my early flight the following morning, fearful that the shuttle was unreliable.
The blind was broken and left on the window sill. There was no bin in the room or ensuite.
The window was opaque, when opened, I saw that there was a big area of rubble and debris immediately outside.
The toilet would be inaccessible or difficult to access for a slightly larger person, a sleepy person in the middle of the night or pregnant lady as the door opened across it and it involved squeezing past the sink.
Bed was fine.
El llit era confortable. El terra i el lavabo eren nets.
El suposat servei de shuttle fins a l'aeroport és inexistent. Vaig intentar contractar-lo dies abans per escrit a través de l'hotel i mai em van respondre. Vaig intentar localitzar-los a la terminal de l'aeroport i també ca ser inútil. El bus numero 7 que també passa per l'hotel passa 6 o 7 cops al dia només. Els vaig telefonar i no em sabien dir si passaria un shuttle o no, quan els dels altres hotels anaven passant contínuament.
Finalment al cap de 4h en plena nit i fred vaig acabar pagant 30£ a un taxi per fer les 3,3 miles de distància. I l'endemà de tornada a l'aeroport igual.
L'habitació no té paperera.

I wasn’t give a card key for my room, the staff asked me to use one of my own cards so I could access the electricity…
Perfect for an overnight if using the airport room was clean bed fairly comfortable. Could do with more pillows and better quality. Bar and restaurant is ok nothing special but basic good food. No beer on tap though just bottles.
Parking can be an issue if you arrive late. Staff on occasion did seem preoccupied so getting their attention was challenging. We received less and less towels each day. We stayed for 3 nights as working in the area. On check in we had 2 towels and 2 hand towels no bath mat. Day 2 we had 2 towels 1 hand towel no bath mat and on day 3 we had 1 towel 1 bath mat no hand towels.
Pillows could do with bring replaced.
La camera era bellissima e super accogliente, il ragazzo alla reception molto carino e disponibile e la posizione dell’hotel molto comoda

Chairs in lounge were very worn and not very good for elderly people to get out of as they swivelled when you moved
