Solo traveller, 1 night. I arrived late in Rome and the checkin procedure was sent to me via Whatsapp. The instructions with codes to enter the property and where to collect the keys etc was very easy to follow. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for the 1 night stay👍

God one night stay
Pros:

Good place for one night stay, within residential area so not much to do around. Good restaurant nearby, spacious room with a terrace was great.

L'accueil, la chambre, bien.

Cons:

Nous avions un vol à 6 h du matin et avions choisi cet hôtel précisément parce qu'il est proche de l'aéroport. L'hôtel nous a mis en relation avec un chauffeur, avec lequel nous avons fixé un rendez-vous via WhatsApp. Il a confirmé l'heure de prise en charge.
Le chauffeur ne s'est jamais présenté. Après 45 minutes d'attente et plusieurs appels, il nous a finalement répondu qu'il nous avait oubliés et que son téléphone était cassé. Nous avons failli manquer notre vol. Une telle désorganisation est inacceptable lorsqu'il s'agit d'un transfert vers l'aéroport. Très mauvaise expérience.
