Breakfast and staff in the restaurant were very good.
I was that the bar and restaurant were most traditional like the hotel itself. But it was very busy and loud.
Location,cordialità,struttura tenuta molto bene
Joynab was lovely. So nice and attentive. We will come back for sure! Thanks so much Joynab!
Ronny is an excellent waiter. Very professional and service is excellent. I recommend the afternoon tea, the food was fresh and delicious. 5/5

We had the loveliest Sunday afternoon enjoying afternoon tea with friends, and it was made even more special because we had so much to celebrate! One of my friends had just landed her dream job, while another was experiencing a traditional afternoon tea for the very first time so it was the perfect excuse for us all to relax, celebrate, and make wonderful memories together.
From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and relaxing. The afternoon tea was a delightful treat, but what truly made our experience exceptional was the wonderful service from Marcelo. He took such great care of us throughout the afternoon, making sure everything was perfect and making us feel genuinely looked after. His friendly, attentive, and thoughtful service added such a special touch to our celebration.
We left feeling happy, relaxed, and full of lovely memories. A beautiful way to spend a Sunday with friends, celebrate special milestones, and enjoy a little indulgence. Thank you, Marcelo, for helping make our afternoon so memorable we will definitely be back!
We had such a lovely afternoon tea at 11 Cadogan Gardens. The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful — elegant, intimate and full of character. The decor, the table setting and all the little details made the whole experience feel very special. 🫖✨
A special thank you to Marcelo, who looked after us so wonderfully. He was attentive, professional and genuinely warm, which made our afternoon even more enjoyable. His service was exceptional and really added to the experience.
The afternoon tea itself was beautifully presented and everything was delicious. It was the perfect place for a relaxed and luxurious afternoon.
We absolutely loved our experience and would definitely come back. Highly recommend, especially if you’re looking for a beautiful afternoon tea in London. 🤍
Beautiful property with many historic features. Staff are attentive, the food is fantastic & the rooms are luxurious.
Amazing location, interior and staff. My daughter and I loved our stay at this property. We felt very welcome and special and everyone went out of their way to make us feel great. Anastasia and Alexandra at the reception were absolutely lovely and Joynab made afternoon tea a wonderful experience. We will definitely return, thank you for such a special stay!
