Les personnes du service de nettoyage, qui passe en fin de matinee et qui demande chaque matin, si on a besoin de matériel (serviettes, papier toilette....). Nettoyage de la chambre si besoin.
Possibilité de profiter de la piscine après le repas de midi au restaurant, alors qu on a rendu la chambre, bagages gentillement rangés dans la baggagerie jusqu'au départ.
Hygiène pas stricte...j ai retrouvé un briquet dans le surmatelas...sèche serviette sale, tablette bureau sale, bordures de la piscine sale pas de parasol sauf le dernier jour...le.bruit de travaux et de tronçonneuse une.partie de la journée...2euros la petite bouteille d eau..housse de matelas en plastique, tres inconfortable...tableau des prix : paiement en ligne moins élevé que prix paiement sur place, (avec "petit déjeuner. Bien" inscrit dans la case de ce choix) on pense qu il est compris dans le prix plus élevé, mais ce n est pas le cas...cela signifie que l on paie plus cher juste parce que on paye sur place....
J ai oublié mes lunettes de vue au bord de la piscine...j ai appelé après mon départ, mais personne ne les a trouvé...
Je pense que le tout est acceptable, environnement correct, personnel correct etc...mais ça reste assez familale, assez simple, alors nous pensons que le prix est surestimé.
Nous avons apprécié l'accueil et l'emplacement proche de l'université 👍
les draps tachés signalé mais non changé 🤷♀️ sinon c'était parfait.
The cleanliness of the rooms
The fact that there were far too many staff in the restaurant and 1 poor receptionist for the bar and the reception, the phone and the queries.
Not to mention the photos are decieving as half of the building is an old peoples home.
Oh and air con was centralised so 23.. far too hot.
