On 24 December and 31 December, a Gala dinner supplement is mandatory for all guests and is included in the nightly rate for 2 adults in all double room occupancies, and for the Family Villa rate is inclusive of gala dinner for 4 adults. For children 4–11 years, the rate is EUR 25 per child and this is to be paid upon check-in as it is not added to the rate plan.
Please note as from May 2024 the spa will be temporary closed for maintenance and renovation.
Started since 1 August 2023, Seychelles implemented New Environmental Sustainability Levy to enhance green initiatives. Under the newly introduced levy, all visitors to Seychelles will be required to contribute on a per person/per night basis. The payment will be made directly to the hotel, ensuring a seamless and convenient process for travelers. The cost will be SCR 75 per person, per night. It is to be noted that the Levy will not be applicable to citizens and residents of Seychelles, children of 12 years and below (visitors), and crew members.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. The unit was larger than expected with a lovely balcony overlooking the gorgeous lush mountains. It was clean and everything worked. Location was close to a lovely beach and within close proximity to other stunning beaches. Breakfast was tasty and sufficient and the staff always friendly and helpful. A very pleasant stay and would happily return.
Loved everything about the resort. Next time I would hire a car as the busses are complicated, do not get everywhere you would like to go and certainly a little scary to travel in. Taxi's are massively expensive! For anyone reading this - hire a car.
Absolutely amazing Hotel!
We started our honeymoon at this place. Our arrival was stressful because we missed our flight in germany, so we arrived a day late. But the Valmer team made it all worth while. They were so caring and helped us with tips and amazing Service. You'll have the chance to get picked up at the gate with a golf card, due to the fact that the resort is set on a mountain.
The views are spectacular, espacially from the cocktail bar.
We also enjoyed a spa treatment, which was brilliant as well.

Pool villa views were amazing, lots of space, decent sized pool for two people. The villa was recently renovated. The balcony is huge and you can enjoy the nature around you. The staff was very polite.
No daily room cleaning. Restrictive time windows for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Towels didn’t smell fresh.

Atmosfera di relax, cibo, lo staff del hotel 10/10! La struttura è tenuta molto bene, per essere un albergo di 3 stelle offre un servizio di qualità.
Una cosa da migliorare - le tende poco oscuranti sulla seconda finestra.

Bardzo dobre, różnorodne śniadanie. Można było wybrać spośród kilkunastu opcji. Obsługa cały czas na miejscu starająca się pomóc lub doradzić.
L’emplacement juste au dessus de la baie Lazare, le cadre, la vue, la piscine, le restaurant à côté de la piscine, la grande chambre, et surtout la gentillesse du personnel (merci encore à Shafiul et Dominique qui étaient toujours serviables et extrêmement gentils).
Les pentes sont assez raides pour accéder aux chambres, piscine et restaurant. Mais l’hôtel met à disposition des petites voiturettes pour transporter les personnes qui le désirent et ce jusqu’à 18h. Donc les personnes avec mobilité réduite peuvent trouver la montée et descente compliquées
