Cons:

Taking costumer’s card numbers together with the card’s cvc is not appropriate. I understand it is for any damage/s after the stay however it will make the costumer not comfortable having their card’s cvc shared. Maybe some alternative/s with this (?).
Charging port/s are very limited. Only 1 on my assigned room. Maybe adding some ports would be beneficial.
Wifi. Please do make costumers aware of it, adding it on the paper you gave us when checking in.

Dissappointed. Not restful
Pros:

The location was perfect for me. Parking was available

Cons:

Thin walls, hard bed, old style decor, key had a huge keyring and not a new card.
Water for the shower took my entire shower to get warm and was cold throughout. Got warm at the end.
My neighbour was so loud and ran a bath at 4am.

Oktoberben újra vendég leszek.
Pros:

Tetszett a Nagycsarnok közelsége, az otthoni ízek élvezete. Pompás környék. Jót aludtam ott, jó benyomást éreztem, ezért térek vissza újra. Majd részletesebben megfigyelek.

Passable for a leisure break of a few nights
Pros:

The Mayfair Hotel staff on check in day and check out day were all very friendly and helpful. They all speak good English so I didn't have a problem with communication. I chose Mayfair Hotel as it is in an area of Bournemouth which is close on foot to the famous sandy beach (7-8 minutes), town centre (10 minutes) and most importantly the railway and long distance bus/coach station (10 minutes). The bedroom I got is spacious and has a long dressing table/work desk with make yourself a hot drink facility. The bathroom was also well sized. Towels and the usual toiletries were provided.

Cons:

The bedroom I stayed in is at the front of the property onto the car park and entrance to the hotel and the main road linking the transport hub to Bournemouth Pier. The road is very busy late into the night. Even with the PVC windows closed I could still hear the murmur of traffic and speeding vehicles were heard loudly. The soundproofing between bedrooms is a bit of an issue too...banging noises passed into my room on a couple of occasions. I would recommend ear plugs. The bed's mattress/mattress topper(?) was super soft and I sunk into the mattress as soon as I sat onto the bed. This issue didn't give me any back issues but I wouldn't consider it very healthy for the spine. Please reconsider the softness! The window ledges in the bathroom were not clear of live insects. There were some also on the floor. It was not clear if these insects had been blown in through the open window or if there were entering the bathroom from gaps in the window or floor. Thinking back I should have told a cleaning staff member about this issue. A couple of curtains in the bedroom were partially detached from the curtain track so I left them closed as I thought they would fall off if I kept moving them.
The ground floor is huge and is not used by the hotel guests and I didn't see labelled access to the garden. No one mentioned it.

Pros:

I like most of all that the hotel is very close to the bus stop.

Cons:

The sheets were not clean. The cleaning was really bad. Sorry, but no hoovering and no changing the linen for the whole 5 days.

Very pleasant stay.
Pros:

Hotel and our room was very clean and presentable, and very quiet. Staff were very friendly and everything we ask for was provided straight away. The only thing that was not stated on their website was that their bar was closed.

Cons:

Everything was acceptable.
