A lovely hotel with a very nice atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location close to the beach/sea. The room was spacious and very clean with a lovely sea view and view over the swimming pools. The bed was very comfortable

Cons:

The room was a little dated - could do with a refresh.

Belle établissement mais pourrait s’améliorer au regard du prix

L’emplacement et la disponibilité/amabilité du personnel.
La chambre avait une superbe vue

Cons:

La propreté du canapé (jauni à certains endroit qui m’ont empêché de l’utilisé) et des murs plein de traces.

Par ailleurs, enceinte et ayant dîné dans l’un des restaurants sur réservation de l’hôtel, j’ai demandé à 3 reprises un cocktail sans alcool (on m’a dit « yes it’s virgin » …finalement il m’a été servi un cocktail avec alcool que j’ai goûté. Il s’agit d’une erreur inadmissible pour le prix payé et le standing de l’établissement. Cet incident m’a procuré un stress qui n’aurait jamais dû se produire…en espérant aucune conséquence sur ma grossesse…

La diversité du buffet. Le manque de diversité et peu de nourriture locale authentique.

Le personnel est incroyablement sympathique et attentionné et très gentil . La vue de ma chambre parfaite ! Emplacement très bien facile d’accès et parking à disposition. Pas d’enfant c’est parfait !

Cons:

- petit déjeuner pas qualitatif pour un 5 étoiles.Très basique pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles. Pareil pour les snacks et boissons all inclusive pas qualitatif produit pas Frais.
- mobilier ancien dans les chambres manque de modernité.

L’hôtel correspond à un 4 étoiles.
