I was shocked when I arrived , they don’t have a porter service I had to carry my luggage’s bury my self with out any hep and I have a back problem i was lucky everything went well

Clean and quiet. Easy parking. Good breakfast with a lot of options. Nothing exciting about the place and not luxurious. But if you want a clean place to spend the night, stay there.

Gute Autobahnanbindung bzw. gut erreichbar, schneller Check-In, Zimmer sowie Hotel sehr sauber, vielfältiges Frühstück, genügend Parkmöglichkeiten, direkt in der Nähe vom Outlet-Center, Freundliches Personal.
Unfortunately, this was one of the least recommended hotels I have ever stayed in.
The staff was unpleasant, unhelpful, and even confrontational.
The rooms are very basic, and the mattresses are terrible.
To make things worse, my wife got stuck in the bathroom for nearly twenty minutes with no way to get out (luckily she had her phone with her).
Overall, a very disappointing experience. Definitely not a place I would return to or recommend.

Rigtig fint hotel med gode værelser. Fin stor mogensmadsbuffet.
Hotel ist unmittelbar an Österreichs größtem Outlet Center angeschlossen. Perfekt die Einkäufe im Hotel zu deponieren.
Das Hotel ist nicht mehr ganz neu und das merkt man schon in der Lobby und auch in den Zimmern. Preis Leistung passt aber perfekt.
und auch das Frühstück erfüllt alle Erwartungen an ein 4 Sterne Haus.
Sehr staubiges Zimmer, besonders der Boden und extrem unterm Bett !!!

It was a convenient location for shopping at the Parndorf outlets. The lobby was spacious. The staff were pleasant and professional. The hotel was standard, nothing particularly impressive. Not exactly 4 star quality. The hallways looked very shabby and run down.
We were rather disappointed with this hotel. The air-conditioning in our room was not working properly. Needless to say, we were upset with this situation. We informed reception after patiently waiting for the room to cool off. It was late in the evening when someone from reception arrived. She pressed a few buttons and left informing us that the air-conditioning should work. Unfortunately, to no avail. We were still sweating. At this point it was getting late, we cracked the window open and had an unpleasant stay, as it was too hot to sleep well.
