Pros:

The neighborhood

Cons:

The rudeness of a staff member who demanded my daughter sit properly. Also, ordering toast means you get two slices, which doesn't make sense.

Good value
Pros:

Location was great. Safe and reasonably quiet area. Breakfast, which included full English if wanted, was included in room price.
Rooms were clean and bed linen was spotless.

Cons:

Didn't really dislike anything. The stay was very good value which far outweighed the plain , smallish ,room with some older style furniture.

Comfort sleep in central London
Pros:

Staff was cooperative and friendly. The hotel location is excellent in central London and n 5 minutes from tube station. The hotel is clean and good enough for comfort sleeping. The on suit shower is good and clean. The breakfast elements are sufficient and good varieties.

Consigliato.
Pros:

Posizione fantastica in un quartiere molto tranquillo e silenzioso. Poco distante a piedi dalla fermata della metro Gloucester road (circle line, linea gialla).
Hotel molto carino e ben tenuto. Colazione varia con torte fatte in casa, succhi vari, the e caffè americano. Se vuoi c'è anche possibilità di aver un English breakfast con salciccia, uovo, becon etc etc.
Staff molto carino , gentile e disponibile. Cambio asciugamani tutti i giorni. Se torno a Londra sicuramente tornerò qui.

Cons:

Il bagno un po piccolo, con un microscopico lavandino e la tenda della doccia un po corta.

Lovely staff, breakfast and great location
Pros:

We loved the level of professionalism of all members of the staff. We were warmly welcomed by a man in reception, he gave us a lot of recommendations, advices, all the information we needed and also provided early check in that we really appreciated. Ladies that made breakfast were so lovely and kind, the breakfast was great!! We lived the location, just 5 minutes walk from metro.

Cons:

Very small room, bathroom and bed for 2 people. For one night it was OK, but for more nights it would be a bit uncomfortable. But the room was clean.

Lovely stay, super friendly and accommodating staff!
Pros:

Fantastic location and the staff was so, so lovely and helpful. We felt very well cared for. The room was small but perfect for a short stay for two people and the beds were very comfortable - definitely recommend!

Cons:

This is not unusual for hotels in London but worth pointing out that the hotel has no AC, so with over 30C during our stay the room was very hot. The hotel did provide a fan, however, which helped.

Other than that, everything was great.

居心地が良くリラックスできる
Pros:

デラックスファミリールームは1階のレセプションの隣にあり広く清潔で冷蔵庫やエアコン付きで最高だった。
毎日清掃に入ってくれてバスタオルも交換してくれた。
子供がぬいぐるみを散らかしたまま外出してしまった時にはベッドメイキングと共にぬいぐるみを可愛らしくベッドに並べておいてくれた。

夜は地下の食堂を自由に使って良いよと解放してくれる。おかげで電子レンジと食器が使えて助かった。
テーブルは次の朝食のためにカトラリーなど並べてあるが「あなたのホリデーなんだから好きに使って良いんだよ」と棚の食器だけでなくテーブルのカトラリーや食器まで自由に使わせてくれた。

レセプションの男性スタッフは忙しそうに動き回っていたが、いつも対応が親切。朝食スタッフもみんな優しい。

駅に激近というわけではないが徒歩圏内。
