The location was fantastic, close to underground to access the whole of central London - great base if you're looking to explore London and all the major attractions.

Cons:

Have breakfast run a little later - breakfast runs until 9am and although we were up and out for just after 9am we never did make breakfast :). however the kitchen is available to use after breakfast has been served and throughout the rest of the day/night. We just didnt have ourselves organised enough to benefit from it.

The room (no 15) was just not comfortable for two occupants.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and the location was fab. The breakfast too was okay.

Cons:

Having a double bed pushed up against the wall means the person sleeping by the wall has to crawl into the bed, which is just not comfortable.

The bedding quality was below par with no duvet cover on the quilt.


The bathroom/toilet space is too small.

Posizione eccellente, reception sempre disponibile durante la giornata, cercando di soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti.
Colazione superiore alle aspettative, rispetto alla presentazione e foto presenti sul sito, con cameriere che offrono colazione continentale con uova salsicciotti, fagioli e bacon, oltre alla colazione europea con frutta marmellate, merendine, caffe ecc.
Le stanze sono pulite, alcune sono molto piccole ma in hotel sono molto disponibili

We made a good choice with booking our stay here :)

Suite is looking better than in photos. Cosy, enough space for a family of four, clean bathroom and beds. Freshly prepared English breakfast, plenty of fruits and sweets offered as well. Near to tube/bus and several restaurants.

Gute Lage, dicht zur U-Bahn
Pros:

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet.
Die U-Bahn nur 5 Minuten entfernt. 3 Linien gehen von der Gloucester Road ab. Man kommt von dort zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten gut hin ebenso ohne umsteigen zum Flughafen Heathrow. Wir durften unsere Koffer nach dem auschecken im Hotel lassen und am späten Nachmittag konnten wir uns im Frühstücksraum noch einen Kaffee und Tee selber machen und auch die Microwelle benutzen. Das Familienzimmer war auch groß genug. Das Bad klein aber fein.
