Séjour agréable
Pros:

Nous avons été 'surclassé' dans la chambre familiale rénovée récemment. Tout était propre. La clim fonctionnait très bien. Le personnel était agréable.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner n'était pas bon. Le pain et viennoiseries semblaient dater de plusieurs jours. Pas beaucoup de choix. Il faudrait revoir l'offre complètement.
La situation est un peu excentrée mais le quartier est agréable.

Buina posizione e gentilezza sono i punti di forza. La camera semplice. Con la moquette in camera purtroppo la pulizia profonda non è possibile. Mi hanno punto le cimici del letto temo....

Cons:

Colazione nel piano interrato. Odore di fritto che stomaca e si attacca ai vestiti ed ai capelli perché tengono le finestre chiuse e la cappa della cucina non tirava abbastanza.

Efficace et confortable
Pros:

Accueil et disponibilité.
Arrivée en avance pour déposer les valises la chambre était déjà prête, magique.
Le personnel est disponible et répond à nos demandes merci.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est fourni mais il pourrait être mieux.
Pour autant on peut le « customiser » ce qui permet de vraiment en profiter

Zimmer und Bad in sehr gutem Zustand (vermutlich 2025 oder 2026 renoviert) und mit Klimaanlage, Frühstück: einfaches English Breakfast sowie Buffet mit Cereals, Obst und einer großen Auswahl (fertiger) süßer Backwaren, Gloucester Road Station gut fußläufig erreichbar

Location was good, staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

Room was a bit cramped, i took the best room in the hotel but it did not have any mirrors and the ceiling was "extremely low" causing "head bumps & injuries" multiple times. One literally has to "lower their shoulder & lower their head" in order to just move inside the room!

Ho chiamato la mattina per poter consegnare i bagagli prima del check-in, non solo hanno dato l'ok, ma ci hanno consegnato la camera immediatamente, ci hanno dato una camera diversa e molto più grande rispetto a quella prenotata.

Staff cordialissimo e disponibile.
Colazione consigliatissima, frutta fresca ed altre decine di tipologie di ogni tipo, dalla torta al cioccolato, ai croissant, dolci, marmellate, e colazione all'inglese preparata sul momento ( uova, salsicce bacon, funghi, pomodori).

Camere pulite, doccia funzionante.

A 7 min a piedi dalla fermata metro, in una zona tranquilla, e piena di ristoranti di ogni genere, dal fast food, alla steakhouse.

Consigliatissimo.
