Pros:

Good location near the station. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice.

Cons:

Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Air con was not working which meant I had to have the window open and the area wax noisy, especially from passing trains. Also the room was noisy, assuming due to air con. Mentioned to staff on leaving but no explanation given.

Przyjazna i pomocna obsługa, mogliśmy się zameldować wcześniej co bardzo ułatwiło.
Pros:

Pan na recepcji bardzo miły i pomocny. Wybieraliśmy się do Harry Potter, hotel znajduje się 3min od stacji.

Perfect stay for our trip into London.
Pros:

The location was perfect for the train station and it’s only a short walk to the town centre. Parking was also available at the hotel.
The room was spacious and the breakfast had a great selection to choose from.

Vriendelijk personeel, vlotte check-in en onze kamer was zelfs al eerder klaar. De kamer was netjes, geen geluidshinder en comfortabele bedden.

Angielskie śniadanie, świetna lokalizacja - można pieszo dojść w 5 minut na przystanek autobusowy, z którego odjeżdżają darmowe, piętrowe autobusy do Harry'ego Pottera po okazaniu zakupionego biletu do Harry'ego. Bardzo miła obsługa na recepcji, pomocni ludzie, którzy mnie pokierowali, jak najszybciej dojść na przystanek. Sam pokój miał wszystko, co potrzeba na krótki nocleg.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The room was spotless and very well maintained. The bed, pillows, and bedding were incredibly comfortable, which helped me have a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also really appreciated being allowed a late check-out for two extra hours when I asked, which made my trip much more relaxed and enjoyable
