Pros:

Les chambres sont propres et bien équipées. Le personnel est aimable et disponible. Le petit déjeuner est très diversifiée. L'hôtel se situe à environ 10-15 minutes en voiture des studios Harry Potter

Cons:

Le parking payant a 15 livres la nuit mais pas trop le choix car tout est payant dans le quartier, et finalement le parking est surveillé. Le bruit de la gare mais bon avec des boules quies le problème est vite réglé.

Avoid in summer as air conditioning is ineffective
Pros:

Clean, ideal location, decent breakfast, pleasant staff

Cons:

The "air conditioning" is not effective and is so noisy we were unable to sleep. We had to have the window open and kept getting woken up by the noise of the trains outside. With the windows closed it is very quiet but it was just far too hot and stuffy in the room. I did contact the hotel via Booking.com regarding this and never even got a response.

Handy location for station and Harry Potter Shuttle bus stop
Pros:

Brilliant location a short 3 minute walk from station and Harry Potter Studios bus stop. Excellent breakfast choice. Friendly lady reception/bar staff. Clean, comfortable rooms.

Matig verblijf, geen werkende airco
Cons:

Airco werkte niet, gemeld aan de receptie de volgende ochtend en waren blijkbaar al op de hoogte want de chiller was kapot. Maar verder werd er geen actie ondernomen.

Goede locatie, matig hotel
Pros:

Dicht bij treinstation en dan in ca 30 minuten (op z’n snelst) in centrum Londen.

Cons:

Het was een matig ontbijt. Engels ontbijt was ok. Verder keuze uit croissant en muesli. Beleg voor brood bestaat uit marmelade, hazelnoot pasta en jam, verder geen vleeswaren of kaas.
Kamers waren te warm. Airco deed het niet goed.

Very short walk to Watford Junction station car park. Stayed the night before Bruno Mars concert at Wembly and left car at Warford junction car park whilst having a quick visit to London and going to concert.

Exceptional Service from a Warm, Welcoming Team
Pros:

Greeted with smiles and warmth from the moment you step in. Check-in was smooth, and the manager and staff went above and beyond to accommodate special requests. Staff like this make the stay so much more pleasant — others could learn from this team

Tutto ok, qualcosa si può migliorare
Pros:

Colazione ampia, staff molto gentile, posizionato comodo per usufruire del treno per Londra e gli studios in zona.
parcheggio losco ma onesto.

Cons:

sulla moquette non era stato passato l’aspirapolvere…capisco i costi ma il prezzo mi e’ sembrato fuori mercato…240€ per una notte a metà luglio…
