I plan to be back in a couple of years
Pros:

I loved the pool and the game room. Loved how they had an indoor basketball area and a pool table. Breakfast was great as well as the smiling helpful staff.

Cons:

I didn't like how it stated there was a water slide and there wasn't. Also saw pictures where there should have been putt putt golf but looks like that was removed as well.

My stay was wonderful like always

Everybody was pretty accommodating , there were like two staff members that were a little offputting but other than that

I mean, the location wasn’t perfect, but it wasn’t bad either so I guess there really wasn’t anything I didn’t like. And we got to meet some kittens.

Close proximity to Hershey Park

Canned soda was cheap

Room was big

Attendant overseeing breakfast room made sure items stayed filled.

Cons:

Customer service was crappy arrived first night and my hotel room door was open. Called front desk said housekeeping must have left it open. Anyone could have been in the room. Deadbolt didn't work. Reported it both nights. Second night staff said oh just push the lock over. When I said I didn't feel safe staff basically said yeah well and said maintenance would fix it the next day The day I was leaving.
Asked for 5 towels Second night. Told there was a maximum of 4 only that could be given.
Faucet in kitchen and bathroom sinks were really hard to turn on. Faucet in bathtub, the piece the faucet is attached to is loose.

Black in tub and alot of patches in the bathroom.

Only one elevator

I know not many places serve breakfast but breakfast was not good. We chose to go to sheetz the day we checked out
Area is small, the first day people were on top of each of each other. Not sure the sausage was cooked. Saw the attendant microwave sausage every time it got low. The scrambled eggs were lukewarm and hard. Not sure if they came out of a bag or a box and were just microwaved. Bagels were hard and even harder after toasting them. Only thing worth eating was the yogurt as it was in small prepackaged container.

While the price for Sunday night was really cheap. I will not step foot in this hotel again
