Pros:

Staff was very friendly. The size of the room was good.

Cons:

The bathroom could have been cleaner. The sink was not wiped out and had dried toothpaste in it. The couch also had a dried crusty white stain on the front. It would have been nice to use. Breakfast was disappointing.

I think cleaner dont do there part, given that the check in was later than other hotels , its at 4pm

Cons:

Complaint about the stinky shower curtain but, was not address. We were there for 3 nights and they promised to change it but nothing had happen..

Tub caulk not clean, rusty drains and tub. Walls woth black markings..

We actually did not complaint about the dishwasher that was not attached to the cabinet and that you need to open it stop it from tilting over..

Cons:

Key cards didnt work. Had to keep having them reset. Message when calling said had putt putt and slide for the pool and there wasn't one. Beds were very worn. Have stayed there previously and can really tell it
has worn down.

We Would choose this hotel over any one in that area.

The pool was great, and my kids enjoyed the basketball and game area. The beds weren't very comfortable, but we really liked having the kitchenette in the room.

Cons:

breakfast was bad, sausage was cold, pancake machine was broke, coffee had a bad taste, and not a big variety for breakfast. the bed in the pull out couch has brown stains all over it and there was a peach vodka glass left in my room from whoever previously stayed

We had a short stay so we didn’t complain much, but the rooms need to be way cleaner.

The room was dingy. Couch was stained. There was food found under one of the beds. One leg of the bed was broken so the bed was crooked. No vent in bathroom so it was muggy.

It was ok. Price was right we would probably go again.

Kitchenette was very nice.

Cons:

Pool was dirty and had glass in it. We also had ZERO hot water for our showers. Then the front desk lady came up and turned it on and magically the hot water worked when for 4 of us we all took cold showers.

It was a good stay no complaints other than the slide and golf course being removed.
