We had a short stay so we didn’t complain much, but the rooms need to be way cleaner.
Pros:

Had a lot to offer

Cons:

The room was dingy. Couch was stained. There was food found under one of the beds. One leg of the bed was broken so the bed was crooked. No vent in bathroom so it was muggy.

It was ok. Price was right we would probably go again.
Pros:

Kitchenette was very nice.

Cons:

Pool was dirty and had glass in it. We also had ZERO hot water for our showers. Then the front desk lady came up and turned it on and magically the hot water worked when for 4 of us we all took cold showers.

It was a great overnight, we would absolutely recommend it and stay there again.
Pros:

The location was great, we enjoyed the quiet and driving up, the building is beautiful. We used the pool, which was nice - a good temp, plenty of towels. We didn't use the game room area, but it sounded like the kids were having a great time there. The breakfast was ok, we had plenty to eat, but there wasn't a lot of variety.

Cons:

The only thing I can think of is that our door didn't close all the way automatically.

Clean & functional rooms with a continental breakfast and some caveats.
Pros:

The rooms were clean and had enough space for all of our belongings. The front desk permitted a late checkout (1pm). There was enough space in the parking lot for our two cars and parking is free. Trolleys were readily available for us to carry our things.

Breakfast was straightforward: pancakes, scrambled eggs, pork sausage, bagels and bread with a toaster, cereal, juices, hot tea, and instant coffee. The staff did a good job of refilling things as they were running out. The space itself was pretty clean, and the staff cleaned the tables efficiently, so it was easy to get a clean table. There was enough space to find seating, but my family stayed during weekdays, so it may be busier on weekends.

Cons:

The air conditioning was not reliable in one of the rooms we booked (302). It did not cool down the entire room well even when we set the temperature to 60 degrees Fahrenheit, compared to the other room which was significantly cooler when set to 70 degrees Fahrenheit. The WiFi was quite slow, so it was hard to browse the internet, but good enough for quick email checks. The beds were a bit too soft for my family. Not insanely uncomfortable, but firmer beds would be better. The bathroom does not have a fan/vent, so it's not well ventilated and can be hotter than the rest of the room. The furniture and appliances are a bit dated -- but functional so not a big deal as long as looks are not a priority to you.

Great location, unfriendly staff, no waterslide

Great location to Hershey park

Cons:

Staff was not friendly and didn't even talk to me during the check in process. No time listed for breakfast.Tiny pillows. Not enough towels and washcloths for the amount of people listed. Removed waterslide and basketball court.

The bathroom sink is as clogged and there was no fan in there either. Our code wouldn’t work for the television. We kept getting knocked off the WiFi.

Told a male member of staff shortly after our arrival that the bathroom sink drain was backing up. He told me that he would give me a small plunger when we returned from our dinner. In other words, he wanted me to fix it myself. What nerve. Breakfast was just okay.

Wasn’t worth the money
Pros:

The staff was about the only thing good about the stay

Cons:

Air conditioning didn’t work, there were stains on the bed and linens, phone didn’t work, pool was cloudy. There was what looked like blood or maybe dried ketchup on the walls and lamps. The bathroom smelled strongly of urine, the bathroom door looked like it was falling apart. I have more pictures to share but this will only let me upload 4.
