Great staff and location
Pros:

Stayed one night in self catering apartment, spotlessly clean and all facilities you need for self catering are there. We arrived early and they did their best to get our apartment ready for us shortly after we arrived. The staff are more than helpful and very friendly. Great location, beautiful view from the balcony, 5 minute walk to the town but located on a hill so might not suit ppl with mobility issues.

Good value for money, great staff, clean and good breakfast
Pros:

Great location, fantastic staff and a breakfast worth paying for. Clean, huge bed and large bathroom. Fantastic views from the restaurant and bar.

Cons:

The room was rather basic, but it did have everything needed. The hotel is next door to a church - its bells ring every 15 minutes from 11pm to 7am, for those more early and light-sleepers.

Wish we had more time
Pros:

We had two families stay for just one night at this lovely spot in Cobh. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern, but still maintained their old charm. We stopped in the bar for a nightcap and sat on the porch overlooking the bay. Breakfast was lovely too! But, the best part of our trip was the lovely staff and customer service we received. Everyone was so kind and helpful!
