"WC abattant décaler, télécommande télé horrible tellement sale et collante aérateur salle des bain honteux la poussière collé et hélices cassé porte salle de bain très dure a ouvrir et fermer et collante oreillers tâches jaune support sèche cheveux plastique piqué jaune collant lit matelas mou fait la cuvette...
Bref et j'en passe...hotel très très fatigué bien dommage....
J'ai été chez ENZO dans le 57 rien a voire les gens de ménage devrait aller en stage chez eux
La gentillesse du personnel
Deux rouleaux de papier wc serait indispensable
propreté - gentillesse de la personne à l'accueil - ascenseur - distributeur de boisson fraiche
écran de télévision un peu petit par rapport à la taille de la chambre

La literie avec un très mauvais matelas (affaissé par endroit)
L'hygiène : traces noires sur les carreaux de la douche. Lavabo bouché, cheveux noires dans le lit, distributeurs de savon encrassés
L'heure d'arrivée avait été demandée à l'avance
Mais une fois sur place, il n'y avait personne pour remettre la clé de la chambre
Pourquoi poser cette question, si en fait, rien n'est respecté

Rein de particulier à signaler.
Mettre les papiers toilettes au moins deux rouleaux à la disposition des clients .
Petit déjeuner très complet, très bon rapport qualité prix avec une décoration amusante autour de l'automobile...
Easy to park, check in and access the room. We stayed little as we were on a long car journey, but they had plenty of nice facilities...and we enjoyed the free coffee in the lounge! We also enjoyed the bed being very comfortable and the large shower.
The room was very small but ok for just one short night. The deco is quite outdated but reasonably functional. The bathroom a part from the shower was very small. Not a lot of amenities but acceptable for the price!
