En cuanto al personal, queremos destacar que, en su gran mayoría, fue muy amable y atento. No obstante, la atención recibida por parte de la persona que estaba de servicio durante la noche que planteamos el cambio de habitación no fue tan comprensiva ni estuvo a la altura de lo que cabría esperar en una situación como esta.

Cons:

A nuestra llegada, nos asignaron dos habitaciones adaptadas para personas con movilidad reducida, ambas con el aire acondicionado averiado. La situación fue especialmente incómoda en una de ellas, hasta el punto de tener que dormir con la puerta de la habitación abierta para poder soportar la temperatura. Solicitamos un cambio de habitación, pero nos indicaron que no había disponibilidad hasta el día siguiente.

Finalmente, al día siguiente pudimos cambiarnos a otras habitaciones que sí reunían unas condiciones adecuadas, con ventanas y aire acondicionado en funcionamiento.

Nagyon jó ötlet a régi körfolyosós házból szállodát kialakítani. Ízléses, tiszta, szép hely.

Cons:

Pont a kialakítás miatt viszont minden visszhangozva felhallatszik az emeletekre.
A reggeliéll magyarul is ki kéne írni a választékot, mégiscsak itthon vagyunk.

Sijainti oli hyvä, ja vastaanoton henkilökunta oli avulias.

Cons:

Hotelli on jämähtänyt 80-luvulle varustetason ja kuntosa puolesta, sekä siellä haisi erittäin vahvasti tupakalle.

Huoneen kylpyhuone haisi ummehtuneiselle (homeiselle), sekä esim. pyyhkeiden kuivausteline oli pinttyneessä liassa. Huone oli myös todella kuuma.

Hotelli ja huone on ehdottomasti remonttia vailla.

На отели стоит 4 звёзды, но до 4 звёзд далеко.
В номере очень душно, а кондиционер не работает, сказали, что есть такая проблема нам.сказали подождать и заработает, не заработал. Завтрак по уровню отеля меньше трёх звёзд.
