Pros:

Size of room, view, free parking, toiletries. Staff informative and friendly.

Cons:

Overwhelming smell of old cooking oil on check in. Room in need of upgrade, particularly scratches on headboard, lack of mattress protector, NO hot water for showering.

Nice view, staff very pleasant and helpful,, lovely evening meal.

Cons:

Balcony furniture rusty, floors and bed creaky. Thin walls, could hear people in the next room. Could do with a deep clean.
Hand basin does not drain very well.

Easily assesable.

Warmed friendly welcome from the reception.

Cons:

I bit of cleanliness, thou my room was Tidy but the Toilet bath had mould on the bath.
Balcony was not cleaned.

The staff service was excellent, and the food was very good.

Cons:

The cleanliness is poor, and if you're traveling with your partner, you have to push two single beds together yourself. When I booked, I wrote to them requesting that they please push the beds together properly and, of course, provide the correct bedding. Nothing was done, and the cleaning was terrible. Just to give you an example, the lamp above the mirror in the bathroom was covered in wool; no one had been there for a very long time.

Lovely old Building in a great location close to the sea/beach. Fantastic welcome. We were late but the very friendly chef offered to cook us a curry. Cozy room, great location close to the see and great price
