Pros:

I was happy with the Hilton Garden, close to the airport but without the busy noise

Rooms were nice, onsite restaurant was good. Gym and indoor pool was nice as well.

Will stay there whenever in the area

If you must stay near the airport, the Hilton Garden Inn is quite adequate.
Pros:

The room was very clean, however they could improve on room lighting. It was very difficult to see much after dark even with every light in the room on. Just be aware that the road that leads to the hotel is full of huge pot holes…don’t break an axel.

The place sucked Peter didn't work. Was broke. Laying on the floor switch rooms three times to get a room with the heat would not reimburse me any any. Ended up in a smaller room

Overall, an oasis in the hectic travel world.
Pros:

Excellent property- close to the airport for an easy departure. The room was clean and welcoming. I enjoyed the fitness center, hot tub and restaurant. My server was Linda and she was delightfully attentive. Front desk’s Tanya was equally wonderful; polite, helpful, and joyful.

Outstanding Customer Service
Pros:

This hotel is outstanding..very clean, 24/7 airport shuttle, etc. Last weekend, my husband and I had tickets to a Pacers game, did not know there were not cab services locally. Huge shout-out to Zoey at the front desk. She went above and beyond to help me download the Uber app, secure a ride to the game. She saw us the next day and asked if everything went well. She provided exceptional customer service. All staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend!

Perfect for the night before travel and the restaurant was very good.
Pros:

-Convenience to the airport
-staff went above and beyond- I came back with food poisoning and both the shuttle driver and staff were so kind and helpful to me

Cons:

The frontage road leading to the hotel is in desperate need of repair.

Nice place to stay before a flight
Pros:

Zoey at the front desk really knows how to take care of a guest. Room is nice, shuttle service to the airport and discounted longer term parking make this place a great option.
