Pros:

Downstairs was very nice. Staff are friendly. Compared to other hotels that we stayed at in Punjab the staff were attentive, listened and promptly gave requested items.
Breakfast buffet was good with a good selection of food.

Cons:

The rooms were dated and need an upgrade compared to Hyatt Centric we stayed at the rooms did not meet the same standard.
The floor felt like it was dirty with bits on the floor.
We requested 7 non-smoking rooms we were put on a floor where smoking was allowed. The smell was very strong with people from our party having to be moved because the smell was so bad. The ash trays also had not been emptied.

Pros:

Отличный отель для осмотра достопримечательностей. Рядом большой торговый центр. На завтраке бывает многолюдно, но отель об этом предупреждает в объявлении. Можно выбрать время, когда народу не столь много.

Peaceful, hospitable and comfortable.
Pros:

It gave me the space I needed from the business of Amritsar, It was friendly, clean and hospitable ai had the most nourishing and lovely massage and head oil treatment

It was a little far out from the city , for me.
