All the staff was friendly and helpful
Pros:

Next to the mall and can shop everything from there.

Cons:

Food choices were limited.Especially breakfast always the same thing.During my previous stay the variety was more but this time has reduced.On our floor the 20th floor always got strong smoke smell when we walk along the corridor.

Extra money has been charged to me
Pros:

I had paid 9000 rupees although my room price was 6090 with taxes just paid extra for (mini bar and lunch side)
at the checkout time staff told me that the balance amount would be refund on same card
