The Hyatt Regency Amristar is an absolutely lovely place. They have set benchmarks of hospitality here. I was assisted by a team who are too good at their work. I had requested a surprise as I was travelling with my wife Arsheen, Ankita, Bani had decorated the room beautifully with a personalized runner saying Congratulations. They even sent a cute cake to my room just 2 mins after I checked in. Hats off to them. Shivam from the housekeeping team was taking care of my room and his quality of work was clearly reflecting. The room is amazing the pool was stunning. Everything was perfect. This was one of the best and most comfortable stay of my life. Hyatt Regency is lucky to have employees like Arsheen, Ankita, Bani and Shivam. Thank you Hyatt Group for the lovely stay.
