Wonderful extended stay at hotel Vienna House
Pros:

Everything, needed to stay a little longer than expected and I enjoyed the stay at Vienna House a lot. The staff at the reception, the room, fitness and spa facilities were all fantastic!

Cons:

The only thing I could think of is that perhaps the AC and mini bar fridge could work cool a little better but it wasn't that bad.

Primq hotel voor een goede prijs! Aanrader.
Pros:

Prima hotel. Leuke zitplaats en als de bar dicht was kon je in een "winkeltje" wat halen. Top! Goede bedden!

Cons:

Jammer dat het restaurant op zondag gesloten was.

Не работи климатикът централно и в стаите беше задушно, горещо и невъзможно да се спи. Изрично преди резервацията питах,дали стаята е с климатик. В стаите имаше пеперуди, бръмбари и хлебарка.

Disappointing
Pros:

Good location and the fact that the sauna is free is a nice plus

Cons:

For a 4 star hotel, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of room. I found a huge insect as I was about to lay in the bed. I was quite shocked, so I called the reception and they asked me to come down and get a new room. The front desk officer didn’t seem surprised at all, and there was no apology just a change in room. The 2nd room also wasn’t clean but at that point I just kept it since I was only staying one night.

No working air condition in 41 degrees of heat- destroyed my vacation in Berlin
Pros:

Terrible experience
When I read the reviews I wonder if people have been to the same hotel as me. I arrived at night and there was a long cue to the check in. The staff in the counter were very rude and irritated because I could not talk German. I got a temporary card due to the lack of cards. It felt unsafe and unwelcoming. The worst thing about this stay was the lack of a working air conditioning. It was on but the room was so hot and humid that I could not sleep for five days. As a result I was veryt tired during the days and could not enjoy my trip. It was an important stay for me as I was going to a concert with one of my favorite artists, Nick Cave. It was 41 degrees outside so it was of great importance to be able to rest and cool down indoors. During my fve days there was´t any cleaning and noone taking out the carbage. The only good thing was the breakfast but I was not able to enjoy it because I was so exhausted from the horrible hotel room with no air in it. During the check out the staff di´t look at me and just said "it is okay". The did not ask me how my stay was. AVOID.

Schöne eingerichtetes Hotel, gute Verkehrsanbindung, keine Klima!
Pros:

Die Lage um mit den Öffis unterwegs zu sein wäre super, wenn nicht dauernd Bauarbeiten stattfinden würden und man immer wieder in Ersatzbusse umsteigen müsste. Das hat aber irgendwann ein Ende und dann ist die Lage super. Wer aber hier übernachtet um in die Uber Arena zu gehen, sollte sich am besten ein Taxi nehmen. Es kostet nur 13-16 Euro und man ist schnell dort.

Cons:

Laut Booking.com haben sie in den Zimmer Klima. Stimmt nicht!!!!! Es gibt ein Belüftungssystem, das kühlt aber nie im Leben auf 16 Grad ab, so wie man es einstellen kann. Bei unserem ersten Zimmer funktionierte nichtmal die Belüftung, so dass wir um ein anderes Zimmer baten. Der Mitarbieter war mega freundlich, hat sofort ein anderes Zimmer angeboten und hat sich entschuldigt. Im zweiten Zimmer war es etwas besser, aber auch hier keine Klima.
Liebes Haus! Bitte entfernt von euerer booking-com Seite den Vermerk Klimaanlage. Das verärgert die Gäste und stresst euer Personal. Seid einfach ehrlich.

Ren, stort og nydeligt hotelværelse. Man får virkelig meget for pengene. Offentlig transport ligger lige ved siden af så rig med muligheder for at komme rundt. Kan anbefale!
