The proximity to the airport for early flights.
The hotel advertised an airport shuttle but after booking was told it only ran between 7.00am and 11.00am. This was totally useless for a 6.00am flight, or in fact any flight up to 7.30am. When I pointed this out to staff they suggested I get an Uber. On contacting Uber to book, 3 of 4 said they wouldn't do it. The 4th said maybe, call later. On speaking to the hotel staff about this I was told there was nothing they could do. At this point I requested a cancelation as the shuttle service was the only reason I made the booking and suggested they updated their web site information. As of this point I have not received my money back and will need to persue things further with the hotel and with Booking

Air conditioner was so noisy couldn't keep it on
The shower was clean, great water pressure and lovely hot water. The bed was very comfortable. Good location to airport for early flight and late return. Having a restaurant on site was very convenient. Lovely staff
The window furnishings were threadbare and falling off the tracks. There was motor running outside our room all night, did not make for a good nights sleep
Location to the airport and road to the city. It was central to some of the wineries.

The bedding were bad. The blankets were torn. No change of towels even beyond 2days .
