The services was disappointing. We had access issue on the second day of our stay. We had returned tired at 11 in the night and could not enter the premises with two young kids in cold. We tried calling the number provided but was a challenge to get any help even for the remote after hourse service staff. There was no response from the management within the building. A kind patron helped us enter the premises but then could not access our room. After about an hour we had someone assisting us with the access to the room. All we got was a half hearted apology from a guy who got disturbed because of us. The room wasn't refreshed/serviced no fresh towels or toilet paper.
Stayed here quite a few times …. Great location to the airport .. $15 taxi fare …. Big rooms & TV … warm & cosy … Subway/24 hour fuel-shop 2 mins walk to get food. Big bathroom with walk-in shower. Friendly helpful reception staff.

Disappointed no longer a buffet breakfast option. A buffet works better when you need to rush off to airport.
Our room was cold despite heater being on 30C.

Nothing I disliked
The property is in a great location for flights. We also had a delicious dinner in the restaurant.
There is a strong air fresher smell that is overwhelming in the rooms until you open up window/door.
The location was convenient to the airport.
We booked and paid for a Superior King Room, but were only given a Standard King Room. We were expecting facilities like a microwave, sink, table and chairs which were clearly promoted on their website, when we complained at reception we were fobbed off with a claim that those facilities weren't available in a Superior King Room and it was a mistake on their website.
It was close to the Airport for our early flight.
We felt extremely sorry for the poor staff.
The Reception staff were also the wait staff at dinner.
Next morning the poor chef was taking orders, making coffee and tea then going into the kitchen to make the breakfast. He was trying not to show how stressed he was.
One couple walked out as it took so long and they probably had a flight to catch.
We were getting to the point where if it didn’t come soon we would have left.

Somewhat misleading saying close to airport.. its not really.. Not walkable and shuttle is not available till 7am. And then its $10 pp.. its cheaper to get a uber. And you can get 4 or more in the one run.
Booked for 2 adults and 2 children, had pull out couch (which was fine) but couch not maid for anyone to sleep on just the mattress, only had 2 towels in bathroom for 4 people, no toilet paper or cleanliness iteams, rips in curtains in both rooms, mould in bathroom and aircon when running sounded like a plane was on top of us
