少し不満が残る旅でした

朝食がよかった

Cons:

製氷機がないのは不満でした。
雨が降っていたので受付でタクシーを頼んだのですが、担当者が英語を話せずソファーで待っている人は20分経っても来ていないと言われた。その人たちは日本人で聞いたらタクシーは待っていないということとでした。
かなりいい加減な対応だと思う。

It’s close to the station and easy access to the MRT. Just about 20ish minutes to Taipei 101, Night markets, Ximending and more spots.

Une équipe formidable et un emplacement idéal !
Pros:

C’était notre troisième séjour dans cet hôtel, dont deux fois au mois d’août 2026, et une nouvelle fois nous avons été très satisfaits de notre expérience.

Nous tenons à souligner la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de toute l’équipe. Les femmes de chambre font un travail remarquable : les chambres sont toujours impeccables et entretenues avec beaucoup de soin. L’équipe qui s’occupe du petit-déjeuner est également au top, toujours disponible. Enfin, le personnel d’accueil est toujours très chaleureux, souriant et attentif.

L’emplacement est également un véritable plus : l’hôtel se trouve tout près de la ligne Orange, ce qui facilite énormément les déplacements. Le quartier est vivant et animé, ce qui est très agréable.

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Cons:

S’il fallait mentionner un petit point à améliorer, ce serait la disponibilité des prises électriques. Nous comprenons que chaque pays ait ses propres standards et que ce soit au voyageur de prévoir l’adaptateur nécessaire. Toutefois, la mise à disposition de quelques adaptateurs universels, même à la réception, serait un petit plus très appréciable pour les clients internationaux.
