Greta hotel and great location, metro 5-10 minute walk, and lovely breakfast.

Pros:

Просторный номер, огромная комфортная двуспальная кровать, дополнительное место за дополнительную плату тоже удобное - на любителя - очень жёсткий матрас и подушка, набитая гречихой.
Кондиционер мощный, запас воды пополнялся, уборка отличная.
Завтрак - шведский стол из традиционной китайской еды, очень интересный, можно было найти не острую пищу, + отличный кофе.
На рецепшн общение на английском и через телефонный переводчик на русском, справились.
Расположение напротив большого ТЦ, где можно было купить разных интересных вещей и вкусно покушать ( в том числе, пекинская утка и пирожные - выше всяких похвал!)
Номер на 21 этаже, вид шикарный - на парк и горы, в ясную погоду виден Летний дворец.
Звукоизоляция отличная!

Cons:

Расположение далековато от центра, но это мы сам недооценили масштаб Пекина при бронировании.
Бассейн сильно хлорирован, сильно отличается от привычных россиянам СПА в отеле - не выдают полотенца, народ там не плескается и не расслабляется, как мы привыкли, а методично и упорядоченно плавает по дорожкам. Нам не подошло.
Если бы знали, что это так, забронировали бы без бассейна, но ближе МК центру.

Good hotel
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was really good. had plenty of options. good clean rooms.

Cons:

Gym was run by a provate company and only oprn from 8 am to 10 pm and full of outside people. the pool area is also full of non-hotel guetst. Bar closes at 10 pm (may be because of china law, not sure though) and no 24 hrs room service. other than that avery good hotel.

Lovely room but disappointing pool facilities.
Pros:

Comfortable room.
Lovely breakfast.
Staff were attentive when needed.

Cons:

Pool was not as expected from the photos as it was filled with lane ropes, swimming lessons and not exclusive to hotel guests. We were very disappointed about the pool.

Propert was below my expectations, while location and staff were to be appreciated.
Pros:

The location is good, and the staff is really nice and helpful.

Cons:

The property seems old and ill-maintained. The wash basin slab in the bathroom was cracked, and water leaked from it. The chair was also withered.

My regular top quality stay!
Pros:

I have stayed at the property many times over the years. I find it extremely comfortable and well located for my purposes. The rooms are a good size and always clean. The staff are very helpful.

Cons:

Not a criticism. It would be nice to have coffee offered to you when you are seated and to have eggs cooked to your liking in front of you including omelettes. This more personalized service has been withdrawn over the years of my stays. I feel that Chinese patrons would appreciate this level of service too.

High-end hotel with good comfort, but quirky procedures.
Pros:

It’s a high-end luxury hotel in excellent shape and a great location. The room was in great condition and very comfortable.

Cons:

The gym was only open from 8am to 10pm, which severely limits opportunities to train.

The laundry is paid per piece of clothing and not a machine to use like in most other hotels in China, including luxury ones.

Pros:

The location was wonderful, I liked the staff who were so kind, friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The only thing was the bathroom which had a transparent glass into the bedroom, although there was a curtain controlled from inside the bathroom but it was was outside the bathroom.

После того, как прочитал отзывы, думал что будет не очень, но наш номер был великолепен. Гостиница крутая, даже если не за всем новая. Классный завтрак, и хорошая местонахождение, но не за всем в центре. Есть бассейн.

Cons:

Когда мы там были, ближайшая станция метро была закрыта, но даже от нее не менее 800метров. Завтрак только на двоих, даже если нас 4 человек, но рядом большой торговый центр с возможностью хорошо по кушать. Персонал плохо говорит по английски.
