Luego volví otras dos noches y la habitación era mas pequeña pero todo bien !

Yeri çok güzeldi. İlk odam iyi değildi tavan arası tepede camları olan bir Junior Suite idi. Sonra değişti. Normal bir odadaydı ama çok daha güzeldi
İlk bana verdikleri büyük Junior suit’i beğenmedim. Pencereleri normal değildi tavanda havalandırma penceresi vardı üstelik Junior Sweet’te hiç beğenmedim ve değiştirdim

Best location off the 'golden mile' of Serrano in gentile Salamanca district. You do not want to be in noisy Centro, be in Salamanca. The Unico is a beautiful gem of a hotel in a low-build elegant building on a well-known, tree-lined street. Spacious room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, quiet, excellent bedding, lighting ( no fiddly switches) and silent air-conditioning. Daily bottles of water and coffee machine in- room. Generous and delicious buffet breakfast inside or outside on the terrace with views of garden and scent of jasmine. Easy walk to great restaurants in the area. Staff always on hand to help with everything and genuinely warm. A shout-out to Antonio at Guest Setvices. Would recommend the Unico without hesitation, and definitely over grander names like the Ritz and the Westin.

Good or better: Breakfast quality, cleanliness, breakfast and reception staff (Bianca and Antonio).
Our room was on the 4th floor - (we asked for a lower floor, which was acknowledged, when booking).
Room air conditioning had to be fixed - it was not operable for the first 24 hours.
Attracting attention for evening bar or food service was challenging (slow and inconsistent).
Room size was only adequate for the price.
