Comfortable bed, good breakfast and a pool to swim in!
Pros:

The hotel was clean, the pool area was clean and well stocked with towels. I swam on Sunday morning and had the pool to myself. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone.

Cons:

The air conditioner in the room was loud but I let the hotel know. I was able to sleep through it but needed closed captioning to watch television.

Pros:

It was clean. Staff was nice.

Cons:

The hot tub was down. The pool could have been a little warmer. The iron in the room leaked all over my suit jacket. Housekeeping brought another one but it didn't really work either.

Check in was quick and easy, everything was really great the pool, hot tub, breakfast. All good!

Cons:

The ONLY minor complaint is I was on the 4th floor and had to keep going downstairs to microwave different food, they could have one in the rooms but not a huge deal.

We had a very nice stay, and will definitely use this hotel again in the future.
Pros:

The property was clean, very accommodating, and was in a great location with many lunch/dinner options very close by. I would also like to shout out Mary R. She not only took exceptional care of our room during our stay, but she also helped us during morning dining. My son’s cereal bowl spilled all over the table and she quickly came over to clean it up. I told her I would take care of it, but she did it. She was very kind about it and kept a smile on her face even though I know the morning breakfast time was busy. This really stuck out to me because this was my first time traveling with both boys by myself and I was nervous about the experience and trying to keep after them. Mary may have felt it was “part of the job” but it meant a lot to me that she was so kind. So thank you, Mary.

Great location but a small amount of effort could have ensured guests were not woken up at 6am.
Cons:

I was unaware at the time of booking that the parking lot was being repaved, which began at 6am directly outside my room.
