Excellent location and great stay in Pune
Pros:

Very good hospitality and great location and food. Front desk was very helpful and courteous. Food service in the room was prompt and realiable. Having travelled with my elder parents this was perfect for their stay.

Cons:

I only felt the hotel rooms looked a little tired and old, the caarpets need chaging, funiture was looking old and one of the chairs was broken. But the stay was very comfortable. Also the dishwasher had a spoon inside it which should not have been there. The welcome card in the room was not addressed to us. Minor points for me but if these are addressed it would score a 5/5 for me
