Los complementos del baño muy escasos, agua de cortesía.

La habitacion
Las camas son muy incómodas
Se les pasó vaciar el cenicero de la terraza.
Me dieron la habitación más grande posible (era casi un piso jaja). Salón con sofá, escritorio, tele, pasillo con armario con albornoces y zapatillas, y luego la habitación propiamente dicha con la cama grande y otra tele. Y, por último, y lo más importante, un gran baño con dos lavabos, una ducha y, la estrella de la corona, la bañera de hidromasaje o jacuzzi. Una gozada. Gracias a que estaba al final del pasillo y tan grande, estaba completamente insonorizada, no oí nada durmiendo, ni el pasillo, ni la otra habitación contigua... Lo agradezco mucho, casi siempre acabo teniendo molestias especialmente del pasillo.
También destacar que por problemas de la vida había perdido mi DNI y me aceptaron con fotografía, algo excepcional, pero que tengo que destacar porque no había hotel que me lo aceptara a dos días antes de venir a Alcalá.
Las instalaciones del hotel en general de buena calidad. No pude probar la piscina/jacuzzi de la azotea pero fui a echar un vistazo y solo había dos personas, se respiraba paz, me he quedado con ganas de relajarme ahí también. PD: al menos en esta habitación/suite en la mesa había un libro tipo enciclopedia sobre Alcalá. No me dio tiempo leerlo pero le eché un vistazo y me pareció muy interesante para conocer la ciudad mucho más allá de un folleto turístico.
Lo único malo es que no funcionaba la cisterna (problemas que pueden pasar) y que el agua de la alcachofa de la ducha no tenía presión.
The location was good. The bed was comfortable. Pool was nice.
Breakfast was expensive and the one day we had it, it was poor.
Room was a bit soulless and lacked any little extras you might expect from a 4 star hotel.
