Hôtel au cœur de Hanoï
Pros:

Le personnel (accueil,salle restauration, ménage) est au petits soins, très agréable.
L emplacement est ideal pour la découverte de Hanoï.

Cons:

Chambres pas toujours bien vérifiées avant l entrée du client(Tv Sans decodeur et télécommande, petite fuite wc),mais tout se règle rapidement car le personnel est très réactif.

Wonderful staff, great stay
Pros:

The hotel was so cute and right in the center of the old quarter. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was outstanding! Evan and Hane were fantastic and very friendly. We had a wonderful stay.

Only a Day Stay but worth it.
Pros:

We had a brief 6hr stay here as an afternoon rest and an opportunity o have a wash before we caught the overnight train to Sapa. The location was great and facilities were good. The staff were great with a special shoutout to Evan who was extremely.helpful in making sure everything was OK. If we were to come back to Hanoi we would definatly look at staying here again as it exceeded our expectations for a brief day stay.

Zentraler Aufenthalt in Hanoi

Tolle Lage, zentral, trotzdem ruhig, gutes WiFi, Wasserkocher im Zimmer, bequeme Betten, viel Platz, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, frische Eierspeisen beim Frühstück auf Wunsch.

I had a great short stay at Hong Ngọc Dynasties hotel. The service was excellent from the front desk team to housekeeping and the food service staff — everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. However, the maintenance service was lacking and could be improved. Overall, still a pleasant experience.

A comfortable stay
Pros:

A comfortable stay in the Heart of Hanoi. A nice welcome from friendly staff with Evan and Hane at the desk. The room was clean with good aircon and a piping hot shower. Daily breakfast was good and a good restaurant menu. Everyone was very helpful and the cleaner a delight.
