De ligging en de grote kamers
Het was de derde keer in drie weken dat we hier waren, het voelde al bijna als een soort ‘thuis’, maar helaas waren er de laatste keer veel werkzaamheden die wel voor wat geluidsoverlast zorgden en waardoor onze geboekte kamer niet beschikbaar was.
Posizione centrale, staff impeccabile, attento e molto cortese. Camera pulita e ordinata, cambio della biancheria quotidiano. Colazione abbondante e per tutti i gusti.
Great location (just in the middle of the Old quarter and very close to the lake). Very spacious bedroom and breakfast was nice. Super attentive staff!
Mooie ligging en zeer vriendelijk personeel. We werden geregeld geholpen door ms. Febe en niets is teveel gevraagd.
Er ontbreekt toch iets van een prettige lobby en/of bar waar je kunt wachten.
We arrived late night and after a long haul flight we were warmly greeted. The hotel is very well located to walk to most things you want to visit.
Beds are comfortable and hotel is quiet. Breakfast is good.
We enjoyed a massage at the spa
We returned after our trip to Sapa and after our trip to Ha long Bay

La stanza era pulitissima, la posizione molto comoda e anche la colazione davvero buona.
Lo staff molto gentile, Evan della reception ci ha saputo aiutare quando ne abbiamo avuto bisogno!
Consiglio di soggiornare qui per un’ottima qualità-prezzo!
L’unico miglioramento che farei è quello di rivedere i sanitari/ docce che potrebbero essere più moderni e funzionali, ma niente che non vada!!
