Absolutely no complaints
Pros:

Great staff particularly Febe at the front desk who was extremely helpful at all times .Our stay was excellent .

Cons:

Air con in rooms could be turned on prior to check in when it’s very hot and humid

Good time in Hanoi
Pros:

This was our base in Hanoi, from there we did excursions to Sapa, Ta Van Ma Tra … Lan Ha, Viet Hai. So we came back three times, staying 2 to 4 nights.

Started the day with a great breakfast and enjoyed Perfect Sercice. Thanks Harry 👍

Pros:

Hard beds, tv doesn’t work well, meals are average countervstaff average porters are good and attentive.
Stayed 5 days reasonable if you are happy with average.
Don’t ask for a late check out even thou you’ve spent your money staying and eating your meals there, once your leaving helpfulness vanishes and everything’s a problem.average hotel

Wonderful
Pros:

I was concerned before my trip about how everything would go during our trip. The hotel is in a really good location, the room is very comfortable, the breakfast and meals are excellent and the staff have been delightful. People here have been very kind and genuinely pleasant ro interact with. I am more then pleased with the experience.

Lovely hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the Hong Ngoc Dynastie Hotel. The location in Old Quarter put us 10 minutes walking too all the top spots to explore. Febe and the rest of the staff were so attentive and kind. We hope to come again some day!

Hôtel au cœur de Hanoï
Pros:

Le personnel (accueil,salle restauration, ménage) est au petits soins, très agréable.
L emplacement est ideal pour la découverte de Hanoï.

Cons:

Chambres pas toujours bien vérifiées avant l entrée du client(Tv Sans decodeur et télécommande, petite fuite wc),mais tout se règle rapidement car le personnel est très réactif.
