Categories

Cleanliness
6.2
Mixed feedback: several guests reported a very dirty bathroom, black hairs in bed and dirty napkins at breakfast, while others described the hotel and rooms as well-kept. Cleanliness appears inconsistent.
Service
9
Consistently praised: many reports of very friendly, helpful and accommodating staff (assisting with bikes, families, etc.), with personal, attentive service.
Location
9.3
Very central/top location repeatedly highlighted — easy walking access to the city center and close to shops and restaurants.
Room Quality
7
Generally adequate rooms but several complaints: some rooms are small, many guests found rooms uncomfortably warm (limited AC), and one report noted uncomfortable bedding; bathrooms in places need updating.
Amenities
7.2
Basic but useful amenities: underground parking (available but tight and sometimes costly), ventilators provided in warm weather, limited air conditioning on some floors, and a small, personal hotel feel.
Value for Money
7.5
Perceived as good value by many guests given the central location and friendly service; parking costs and occasional service/cleanliness issues temper the score slightly.
Food and Beverage
8.2
Breakfast is frequently praised (described as good/very good and lovingly prepared); isolated negative comment about dirty serviettes.
Overall Experience
8
Overall positive experience for most guests — many would return and found it a perfect stop or pleasant stay, despite issues with cleanliness, room size and heat.

Pros:

Tolles Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal

Cons:
