Pros:

L'accueil était bon,la propreté de l'établissement,le fait qu'il y avait à distribution une fontaine à eau fraîche !!

Cons:

Le fait qu'à l'arrivée de notre séjour on a dû payer la taxe de séjour et qu'à la fin du séjour on a dû repayer la taxe de séjour.

Plutôt positif dans l'ensemble
Pros:

Appartement agréable, équipement correct, belle décoration
Personnel sympathique, à l'écoute
Petit-déjeuner de qualité et copieux, grande variété de choix
Bonne literie

Cons:

Le bruit dans la rue le soir jusqu'à plus de 2h du matin : discussions animées, motos et voitures lancées à fond. Impossible de s'endormir dans ces conditions !

Pros:

Le studio est très confortable. Les lits sont douillets, on y trouve le nécessaire pour cuisiner des choses simples et suffisamment d'espace de rangement pour les vêtements.

L'emplacement du logement est idéal. C'est un endroit calme, à 15 minutes du centre, avec un grand supermarché sur le même trottoir et un bar Delirium à 5 minutes. Je reprendrai ce logement sans hésiter si je retourne à Angers.

Cons:

. Le micro-ondes fonctionne mais il mériterait d'être remplacé. La salle de bain est bien, mais la baignoire est un peu difficile à utiliser car elle est glissante, assez haute et il n'y a pas de barre d'appui pour s'accrocher.

Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal pour nous , proche de la patinoire, une belle supérette à 3 minutes, à 5 minutes du tramway et à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville.
La literie est confortable, la superficie du logement est acceptable à quatre, il y a de nombreux rangements, un coffre-fort, et bien d'autres équipements.

Cons:

Cependant nous notons un vieillissement de certains équipements tels que le lavabo, le sèche-cheveux, le canapé-lit (qui reste confortable mais dont le revêtement est vétuste).
Et il faut savoir qu'en période de canicule, on a chaud dans l'appartement, très chaud. Certe il y a deux ventilateurs colonne à disposition mais ce n'est pas suffisant, la chaleur est là !
