Pros:

Accueil. Situation. Parking. Qualité et propreté de la chambre.

Cons:

Pas de borne de recharge électrique alors qu'elle avait été réservée. Un seul ascenseur pour 8 étages. Le beurre du petit déjeuner qui était rance et le fait qu'on ne le change pas.

Beaucoup d'atouts pour un séjour agréable en autonomie.
Pros:

Mini studio moderne et clair, agréable à vivre, plutôt bien équipé. Il y a un super U en face ce qui est très pratique. Les espaces sont très propres (et le personnel d'entretien très sympa). La localisation en bordure du centre ville est très pratique et agréable. Il y a un parking disponible (moyennant finances) qui est aussi très pratique.

Cons:

Si l'ensemble des personnes de l'accueil était plutôt compétentes et sympathiques, le comportement d'une seule d'entre-elles peut faire que vous gardez un mauvais souvenir du séjour. Ce fut le cas.

Würden wir wieder buchen
Pros:

Ein sehr gutes Frühstück, der Raum wirkt etwas klein aber es hat alles super funktioniert. Man konnte sich sogar das Frühstücksei selbst kochen so wie man es mag. Das Auto kann man in der angrenzenden Garage gegen Gebühr parken. Die Innenstadt kann man in rund 15min gut zu Fuß erreichen.

La ubicación, es lo unico bueno de este alojamiento. Es muy buena y se tarda muy poco en llegar al casco viejo, andando por supuesto

Cons:

Ya en la solicitud pedí una habitación con dos camas separadas porque la persona con quien viajo no es para compartir la cama. Y en la confirmación de la reserva del propio hotel dice claramente OK! Sin embargo al llegar a hotel y entrar a la habitación asignada, vemos que la cama es de matrimonio! Fuimos reclamar y lo unico que nos han contestado es que ya no hay ninguna habitación disponible con las camas separadas. Y ni se molestaron ofrecer alguna solución, ni siquiera disculparse!!! Como ya no podía cancelar el hotel, no había otra que quedarse esta noche pero, vamos, si me hubieran avisado que no pueden garantizar una habitación con las camas separadas (porque a veces los hoteles te informan de esta posibilidad), obviamente buscaria otro hotel. Otro punto negativo, aunque parezca bastante nuevo, no tenia ningún tipo de AA que hoy en día es inconcebible! En fin, una experiencia para olvidar y por supuesto que no recomiendo este alojamiento para nada!
