Nettes drei Stern Hotel, bequeme Betten, gutes Bad, Preis- Leistung ist okay!
Pros:

Sehr freundliches
Personal am Empfang , einige busstationen und U-Bahn in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, damit ist man schnell überall . Bequeme Betten und gutes Bad. Am abreisetag Gepäcklagerung und Duschraum!

Cons:

Wenige Ablagen/ Haken und wenige Steckdosen in Bettnähe. Ich würde vielleicht doch eher eine zentralere Lage oder am Strand buchen, jetzt wo ich die Stadt kenne. Da kann das Hotel aber nichts dafür!

Pros:

Staff were welcoming and competent, with adequate language skills and knowledge about the area. Adequate PowerPoints, good bathroom. Bed comfortable.

Cons:

There was only one bedside table, between one side of main bed and small bed Needed more bedside tables, but to be fair, everything was just squeezed in. Bathroom mostly good with good shower, but barely adequate space for personal toiletries or to hang used towels. Barcelona is very expensive and this hotel would cost half the price elsewhere.

Hermoso hotel en Barcelona.
Pros:

El personal muy atento, todos de 10, y a unas pocas cuadras de la Sagrafa Familia.

Cons:

No tiene garaje, hay un estacionamiento subterraneo en la esquina, 98 euros por menos de 2 dias me parecio mucho.

Erwartungen übertroffen
Pros:

SM Hotel Teatre Auditori hat meine Erwartungen wirklich übertroffen! Die Angestellten waren extrem freundlich und die Zimmer wirklich aussergewöhnlich sauber. Ich habe mich hier sehr wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder.

Cons:

Für Touristen gibt es sicher noch zentraler liegende Hotels. Allerdings ist es nicht weit weg von der Metro-Station.

Siempre estupendos
Pros:

He estado varias veces. Esta vez lo contraté para familiares que venían de Colorado. Lo mejor es la calidad precio y el trato agradable y ayuda que siempre ofrece el personal. Especialmente Omar, siempre adelantándose a cualquier problema y atento. Julio en la reserva y Paula durante la estancia, también estupendos. Seguiré útilizando este hotel siempre que pueda. Es mi primera opción en Barcelona.

Notmal stay need more work and engancement

Staff were very friendly and thank you for Omar he assisted me well metro and bus near room is big

Cons:

I didn’t like at all the signs written on our breakfast tables I felt it is like Jail system that no one is allowed to take food with. We all know this policy. You can also hear all the doors or people talk outside
The window was on a yard and also the bed wasn’t confortable and making sound upon moving

Pros:

Booked last minute and it was super straight forward check in/arrival, the staff were friendly, and the room was perfect. Exactly what we needed after a long and complicated travel day.

Cons:

It has a very similar name to another hotel around the corner so I ordered my taxi to the wrong place lol. Not a very big deal though
