A limpeza do chao poderia ser melhorada
Het ontbijt was heerlijk precies wat wij nodig hadden om een goede start te hebben van de dag.
De Locatie is erg dicht bij het Museum Plein, het was op 5 minuten loop afstand. Veel andere bezienswaardigheden waren op 20 Minuten lopen of 5 Minuten met de metro.
De kamers waren erg geluidsdicht.
Helaas was de airco niet heel goed, maar we kregen wel gelijk een andere kamer aangeboden, als wij dit wilden.
Hotel was overbooked and they informed me only when I was one hour from Berlin. So they asked me to cancel stay and find another hotel on my own.
The hotel is very well located, clean and comfortable but he best part was breakfast!
El hotel estaba bastante bien, instalaciones nuevas, con algun detalle de bien venida. Estaba céntrico, a poca distancia de las atracciones turísticas principales, aunque lejos de restaurantes y comercios.
Aunque estaba céntrico, no tenia restaurantes cercanos al hotel, el área de restauración y comercios estaba a unos 20 minutos a pie. Para nosotros esto fue algo incómodo, porqué para cuando queríamos algo rápido costaba encontrarlo.
Por lo que refiere a la habitación, las almohadas eran muy blandas y la verdad es que no logramos descansar del todo casi ninguna noche, pero eso ya va al gusto de cada uno.
Un punto negativo a destacar, y que ya vimos en otros comentarios, es el tema de la limpieza de la habitación. Por el precio del hotel, debería estar incluida la limpieza de las habitaciones sin necesidad de solicitarla previamente. Pero bueno, en nuestro caso, nos la limpiaron un día incluso sin pedirlo, supongo que por equivocación.
La camera che ci è stata assegnata era davvero molto confortevole, spaziosa e scenografica, con una bellissima vista!
La colazione è più che soddisfacente, ma la sala non è ben commisurata al numero di ospiti e il servizio -bon velocissimo- un po’ al di sotto dello standard di livello proposto dalla struttura.
