Another Pleasant Stay in HCM City
Pros:

Excellent location in the heart of HCM City. Very easy to walk around. The room is spacious and they have given me a quite room at the corner per my request. This is the hotel I usually stay for my business trips in HCM City.

Cons:

WiFi is not working very well at some time.

Pros:

Great stay! The location was excellent, making it easy to get around. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, the hotel was clean however a little dated, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience
Pros:

The Grand Hotel is exactly as the name says, Grand. It's like stepping back into a more elegant world. All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. They were so helpful as well. The room was beautiful, luxuriously furnished with lovely bed linen. The provided toiletries were high quality. It was truly an amazing experience. The only thing I didn't like was having to leave!

Pros:

All staff were incredibly friendly and very accommodating. A fantastic location, we walked to a lot of attractions most days and when we didn't want to the 'hop on hop off' bus was right down the street! Buffet breakfast was amazing with a great variety to choose from. Pool and cocktails also great! Will definitely stay again when we next visit.

A fine grand hotel from another era. But the bathroom is not suitable or safe for elderly guests.
Pros:

This is a good hotel - "Grand" in many respects. But avoid it if you are elderly. The bathtub is magnificent, but designed in an era before old people travelled. That said, small things like fresh razors and other "vanity" items are regularly refreshed. Water is provided daily. Requests for wakeup calls or anything else are honoured. It's architecturally grand, it's convenient.

Cons:

Back to the magnificent bathtub. It's too hard for the elderly to get in and out of. A step or two needs to be added, quite dangerous getting in and out of it. The floor is dead flat with one small drain. Water, with no slope, goes everywhere and remains dangerously everywhere. Clothes left anywhere on that bathroom floor are at risk of being soaked along with everything that might be in them like passports and money.
