The breakfast selection is limited and overpriced.

We didn't like anything about this property. When we first made the reservation, the details were unclear and there were no photos of the property; only after they had charged us and the free cancellation deadline had passed did they send a confirmation stating that we had booked a room located 50 meters away in a separate building, rather than in the main complex. Upon arrival, the first thing we noticed was security guards standing in front of that building, wearing body armor and carrying guns. The room we were assigned—which was quite expensive—looked completely dilapidated at first glance. Because of this, and the fact that this location hadn't been specified during booking, we decided to complain and ask to be moved to a better unit. When we made the request, the receptionist laughed in our faces and was incredibly rude—as was the rest of the staff throughout our stay. She lied, claiming there were no other units available and insisting we spend the first night in the assigned apartment, after which we could switch to a better unit for an extra fee starting the next morning. We agreed at the time, having no idea just how bad the unit actually was, since we hadn't spent a night there yet. We were told we could move the next morning, but when we arrived at the reception, we were told we had to hand over the keys to the old unit and wait until 3 PM to access the new one; effectively, we were left without accommodation for almost an entire day, despite having paid in full. The room where we spent the first night had falling-apart wardrobes and a broken fridge; the towels were old and stained, and there was no hot water in the bathroom. The bed was incredibly hard—you could feel every spring in the mattress—and the air conditioner was unbearably loud, forcing us to turn it off. The building also lacked soundproofing, so every sound from the street outside could be heard clearly; needless to say, we didn't sleep at all that night.

Das Zimmer war eine absolute Zumutung, man musste um in das Badezimmer zu gelangen über eine enge Wendeltreppe in den Keller absteigen. Das Bett hatte nur ein Leintuch über deine Ofen sichtlich durch gelegene Metallmatratze, von Einrichtung kann man nicht sprechen insgesamt vermitteln jedes Zimmer eines Raumes der seit 50 Jahren keinerlei Renovierung erfahren hat

Im Zimmer würden wir warmes Licht anstelle des Weisslichtes bevorzugen.

…un posto meraviglioso se non fosse che avrebbe bisogno di qualche aggiustatina qua e là, la colazione purtroppo non ci ha soddisfatto al 100% capisco che la struttura sia veramente grande e sia difficile avere occhi ovunque però avrebbe bisogno proprio di una gestione diversa perché è proprio un peccato, è una struttura veramente invidiabile pazzesca ricca di storia, ma purtroppo ha del personale non accogliente, faticano a sorriderti e dirti qualche parola in più. Purtroppo quando hai una struttura così con del potenziale, è ovvio che si guarda ai dettagli, e i dettagli li fanno le persone.
Super accoglienti invece il personale che pulisce le camere, i giardinieri e la guardia dell’ingresso, persone con una posizione inferiore rispetto a quelli che sono messi in prima linea e che sono proprio scorbutici.

Ho avuto un’esperienza negativa per quanto riguarda la gestione del pagamento. Al momento della prenotazione avevo inserito la carta per il pagamento gestito dalla struttura, ma non era indicato chiaramente quando sarebbe stato effettuato l’addebito. Quando è stato fatto il tentativo di pagamento, ho avuto un problema con la carta e ho informato immediatamente la struttura della situazione.

Sono stati effettuati solamente due tentativi di addebito e, successivamente, mi è stato imposto di effettuare un bonifico direttamente alla struttura. Ho anche proposto di riprovare semplicemente il pagamento con la carta, visto che il problema era stato segnalato e poteva essere risolto facilmente con un ulteriore tentativo, ma la mia proposta è stata rifiutata.

Di conseguenza, sono stata costretta a effettuare un bonifico internazionale, sostenendo circa 50 € di commissioni bancarie aggiuntive. Ritengo che questa spesa si sarebbe potuta evitare con una gestione più flessibile della situazione e con un ulteriore tentativo di pagamento.

Mi è dispiaciuto soprattutto che, nonostante avessi comunicato tempestivamente il problema e cercato una soluzione alternativa, non mi sia stata data la possibilità di effettuare nuovamente il pagamento con la carta, causando così un costo aggiuntivo non indifferente.

Accueil/ Staff: Un personnel tout juste aimable, ils ne faisaient plus d'efforts et cela dénote avec les autres hôtels qu'on a fréquentés !
Nourriture/ Petit-déjeuner: Que dire... Non seulement ce n'est pas qualitatif et très peu varié mais en plus les cloches étaient sales et pleines de traces de doigts - le personnel devrait les nettoyer de temps en temps car on avait jamais vu ça !
Les pots de confiture étaient sales, ça ne donnait pas envie ! Il n'y avait qu'une personne pour faire les crêpes et toujours une queue de 5 à 8 personnes ! Pourquoi proposer des oranges en quartier avec la peau au lieu de proposer d'autres fruits ? Il n'y avait que 3 fruits proposés quand on pense que c'est la saison des corossols et des papayes par exemple, c'est vraiment léger. Les viennoiseries pas terribles et le bacon qui contenait que du gras et peu de viande :(
Autre point: on n'avait pas de couette (du jamais vu à l'hôtel) donc si on veut mettre la clim pour éloigner les moustiques et les 100 pieds c'est compliqué !

Uhyggelig og grettent personale, med null ønske om service. Dårlig mat. Måtte ringe tre ganger til resepsjon for å få levert rene håndklær etter vaskehjelpen hadde vært på rommet å fjernet brukte håndduker.
