The rooms in Grand Muthu Golf Plaza Hotel will no longer have free use of the kitchen area. All the customers, who wish to use the kitchen, must request it at the reception and pay a fee of 5€ per day for the whole stay, uninterruptedly. Noi tutto sommato abbiamo passato una bella vacanza perché avevo già visto le recensioni e sapevo che non sarebbe stato

I punti a favore della struttura sono sicuramente la piscina perché é abbastanza grande, pulita e si sta bene. La posizione perché è a pochi minuti di macchina da Los Cristianos e Las Americas e in generale è ben collegata. C’è anche una fermata del bus proprio davanti all’hotel. Il parcheggio non è facilissimo da trovare ma lo abbiamo sempre trovato con facilità nei pressi della struttura avendo un auto piccola. Altra cosa bellissima é che c’è il bidet!
Ultima cosa il personale, sono tutti davvero gentili e in generale è stata una bella vacanza.

Cons:

La pulizia! Mi sono dovuta comprare un disinfettante perché mi faceva schifo tutto. Quando siamo arrivati c’erano peli e capelli in bagno addirittura nei sanitari, ho trovato un cumulo di capelli dentro all’armadio e c’erano formichine minuscole ovunque persino sopra al letto!! Come se non bastasse le pulizie non le fanno neanche tutti i giorni ma a giorni alterni e MALISSIMO! Ogni volta la stanza era sempre sporca, zero aspirapolvere capelli ovunque. Asciugamani e lenzuola macchiate.. Altra cosa il cibo, non malissimo ma appena discreto e soprattutto molto monotono, la colazione soprattutto.
Poi gli arredamenti, sembra di essere tornati indietro nel tempo negli anni 90. La struttura è vecchia con arredi vecchi e soprattutto mezzo rotti nel resto dell’hotel.

Great value for money.
Pros:

Clean, tidy and good for everyone.

Cons:

Couldn’t understand why the kitchen area was not open in our room when we was all inclusive.

Also some outdoor entertainment in the evening would be better than having to sit inside.

Ausstattung und Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen, dazu noch Kakerlakenproblem (keine 5 Sterne wert)

schnelles Upgrade nach Beschwerde

Cons:

Wir haben das Hotel für eine Nacht gebucht, weil unser Flug overnight verschoben wurde. Haben gedacht, bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel kann man nichts falsch machen. Als Upgrade erhielten wir unverschämterweise eine verwohntes Appartement ( 2 Schlafzimmer) im Untergeschoß neben der Küche, mit Kakerlaken und unsauberen Betten mit Flecken im Bezug. Nach Beschwerde erhielten wir zwei besonders große Suiten in höheren Etagen. Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit waren hier nicht mehr zu bemängeln, jedoch trübt der Ersteindruck das Gesamtergebnis (daher schlechte Bewertung).

Pues me gustó mucho el atendimiento del personal ,la cama , en si el alojamiento ,la comida todo volveremos seguramente

No me gustó a nivel de piscina ,que no hay vigilancia la gente se ponía a beber con la copa y todo dentro de la piscina tirándose de cabeza y etc y el socorrista ni caso del más no tengo quejas
