Kleines Schloss hotel zum verweilen
Pros:

Eine exklusive Unterkunft hat echt Spaß gemacht hier zu wohnen, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit einfach ein Erlebnis.

Cons:

Wer rum nörgeln möchte findet immer etwas-- wir jedenfalls nicht. Kommen gerne wieder.

Extraordinary stay
Pros:

This was really extraordinary stay. Our room had private pool (we have not used because it was cold outside, but it was really amazing). Room equiment including bathroom was brilliant. What was also really amazing are the staff from the hotel, which are great people always willing to help. Breakfast was great. No issues with parking

Für eine kleine Auszeit perfekt
Pros:

Das Hotel ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber super sauber. Das Frühstück und das Personal war super und lies keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits von der Ortschaft und der Pool war leider noch nicht wieder in Betrieb genommen worden.

Das war wahrscheinlich das beste Hotel in den wir bis jetzt wahren. Nettes Personal, super Frühstück, großes Zimmer mit Pool.
Schade das wir nur eine Nacht da waren

Cons:

Um zu Fuß zum nächsten Ort zu kommen, sollte man fit sein.

Beste Lage und Komfort! Nur 50€ wegen Jakusi, als Aufpreis ist nicht akzeptable.

Cons:

Am Check In der Junge sagt: wir müssen noch zusätzlich 50€ für Zimmer mit Jakousi draussen bezahlen oder mit dem Aufpreis 100€ wenn Jakousi drinne im Zimmer ist! Ich habe bei Room-Bestellung schon die Option gewählt: mit Jakousi. Aber Option stand nicht drinne: Zuzahlung gegen Aufpreis. Eingentlich Frechheit...

I enjoyed the location and the view.
Pros:

Location is extremely beautiful.
Our standard room had excellent view of mountains and the room architecture was so beautiful.
The natural beauty was excellent in this area of Italy.
Breakfast was good.
Standard room did not have a kettle but very reluctantly given one.
No free water was available in the room and payed for water as well.

Cons:

There was a hidden council tax added to the bill.
Bath tub was an old Jacuzzi which looked very complex and no one was brave enough to explain how it worked. It was used as the tub.
Few layers of dirty was seen in the tub.
Toilet was only 70 % clean.
If cleaned it will become one of the best bathrooms in hotels in Italy.
Only some high priced rooms have Jacuzzi and private swimming pools.
This hotel needs more refurbished.
