Wir haben dieses Wochenende im Hotel Villa Orso Grigio verbracht und waren rundum begeistert. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und bietet eine angenehme, ruhige Atmosphäre. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt.

Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön möchten wir der Dame an der Rezeption aussprechen. Sie war außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und äußerst kompetent. Mit ihrer professionellen und hilfsbereiten Art hat sie unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Solche Mitarbeiterinnen sind ein großer Gewinn für jedes Hotel.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können dieses Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen!

Nettes Hotel, eher Pension in einer Villa. In die Jahre gekommen und nicht sehr professionelle Instandhaltung.
Viel „Brimborium“ um wenig Besonderes

Cons:

Ein kompletter Tag Heckenscherenlärm (Stihl Motorschere!), Zimmer nicht nutzbar. Einspruch auch über booking zwecklos!

This accommodation was the best part of our trip around Europe by car. It is not just a place to stay overnight, it is an experience. Everything was like from a fairy tale - wonderful staff and welcome, the furnishings of the rooms and terraces are unique and authentic with delicately inserted amenities such as a sauna and shower with extras, as well as a personal jacuzzi in some of the old ones. Exceptional cleanliness. The garden was also fabulous. The breakfast was very tasty. I hope to come back again for more time! I recommend to everyone traveling in this area to enjoy this jewel, created with a lot of desire, love and thought for the convenience and comfort of each guest.

Pros:

La propiedad es bellísima , el trato del personal es genial , todos super atentos y respetuosos. Destaco la comida tanto del restaurante como del desayuno excelente

Cons:

Lo único malo que puedo decir es que habíamos reservado una habitación standar y al llegar nos dicen que no podíamos utilizar la pileta común , así que tuvimos que abonar un upgrade para tener un jacuzzi en la habitación . Si bien la habitación era increíble , estaría bueno que las habitaciones standard pudieran hacer uso de las instalaciones que ofrecen en Booking
