Gorgeous hotel, amazing beds!
Pros:

The rooms were large, clean and the bed was huge! Great coffee machine and having 2 linking rooms worked well with kids. Supermarkets in walking distance.

Cons:

The location isn't amazing... Not particularly close to the airport but also a trek into Treviso (a minor niggle, we thought it was closer to the airport).

Pros:

Boccio complessivamente l’esperienza, fatta eccezione per il letto, che ho trovato comodo, e per una signora del bar, simpatica e professionale, che sembrava dover gestire con grande impegno anche situazioni non semplici.
Ci sono poi piccole accortezze che, in un hotel, dovrebbero essere scontate. Ad esempio, quando viene rifatta la stanza, il telecomando dovrebbe essere lasciato sempre nello stesso punto o comunque in una posizione facilmente individuabile. Un ospite che rientra in camera non dovrebbe perdere tempo a cercarlo come in una caccia al tesoro.
Sono dettagli apparentemente minori, ma fanno la differenza nella qualità del soggiorno e nella percezione dell’organizzazione della struttura. In qualsiasi hotel ci si aspetta cura, ordine e attenzione anche nelle cose più semplici.

Cons:

Arrivare in hotel alle 23:00 e non trovare alcun servizio disponibile per poter mangiare qualcosa è, a mio avviso, inaccettabile per una struttura che applica tariffe di circa 170 euro a notte. Non era disponibile il servizio in camera, il bar risultava chiuso e l’unica alternativa erano alcune macchinette automatiche, una soluzione decisamente non adeguata al livello che ci si aspetterebbe da un hotel di questa fascia.
Anche il minibar in camera era completamente vuoto. Alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni mi è stato risposto che si tratta di una “politica dell’hotel”. Una scelta certamente possibile, ma che dovrebbe essere comunicata chiaramente in anticipo, soprattutto a un ospite che aveva già segnalato l’orario di arrivo e che, una volta giunto in struttura, non aveva alcuna possibilità concreta di cenare né in hotel né nelle immediate vicinanze.
La sensazione è stata quella di una struttura poco organizzata e non adeguatamente presidiata nelle ore serali. Solo dopo una telefonata dai toni fermi sono riuscito a farmi portare dell’acqua in camera, servizio che dovrebbe essere garantito senza dover insistere.
L’esperienza al ristorante e al bar non ha migliorato la situazione. Faccio salva una collaboratrice del bar, che si è dimostrata gentile e professionale; per il resto, ho percepito una gestione disorganizzata, personale non sempre preparato e tempi di servizio molto lenti. Durante il soggiorno, coinciso con una manifestazione sportiva di biliardo e con l’hotel particolarmente pieno, ho visto diversi ospiti lamentarsi per gli stessi motivi: lentezza, scarsa coordinazione e servizi non all’altezza.
Nel complesso, la mia esperienza è stata fortemente negativa. Ritengo che una struttura con queste tariffe debba garantire standard minimi di accoglienza, assistenza e ristorazione, soprattutto quando viene preventivamente informata dell’orario di arrivo degli ospiti. Per quanto mi riguarda, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è del tutto insufficiente e non consiglierei quest

Great Stay, but Disappointed by the Late Check-Out Charge

I would like to express my disappointment regarding the late check-out charge that was applied to our stay.

Before check-out, we informed the hotel that we would be out on a cycling ride and requested a late check-out, which was approved by the hotel staff. Therefore, we were surprised to find that we were later charged a penalty.

My understanding is that the room was not booked for the same day, so there was flexibility regarding the check-out time and the charge could have been waived.

In addition, we arrived very late on the day of check-in, at approximately 1:30 a.m., which significantly reduced the time we were able to use the room.

Considering these circumstances, I would appreciate it if you could review this matter and reconsider the late check-out charge.
