le personnel a été très agréable, accueillant, aidant. La piscine était bienvenue pour cet été très chaud. Le petit déjeuner diversifié et bon. Le parking était grand, sécurisé et ombragé.
La salle de bain un peu petite.

Abbiamo pernottato in questo hotel 1 sola notte io mio marito e nostra figlia di 10 anni. La camera tripla era pulita e abbastanza spaziosa con un angolino dove è stato sistemato l'armadio capiente ed una piccola scrivania. I letti comodi e la location super silenziosa perchè l'hotel sorge in un'area decentrata rispetto alla città ed è circondato dal verde, abbiamo dormito bene! Fantastica la possibilità di utilizzare la piscina che mia figlia ha apprezzato tantissimo e poi abbiamo potuto cenare utilizzando i tavoli esterni del ristorante che domenica sera era chiuso e quindi è stato bellissimo poter cenare a bordo piscina! Il personale gentilissimo e super disponibile!
La struttura non è nuova e le camere avrebbero bisogno di una rinfrescata / rimodernata, il bagno è decisamente piccino ma per brevi pernottamenti (come nel nostro caso) va benissimo.

Première nuit écourtée à cause d une rixe sur le parking entre clientes de l hôtel 5h du matin
Deuxième nuit écourtée à cause des occupants du RDC 6h du matin
Défaut d entretien généralisé
Toile d araignée avec sa locataire. Cheveux long dans la douche alors que nous ils sont court . Et toilettes pas net .
La piscine, l’emplacement pres du tram.
Personnel tres sympathique.
La chambre est confortable la salle de bain est Bon j ai pris le petit déjeuner et je suis allé à Prades le Lez pour voir Pierre Isabelle et Marie. Lucie n'est pas là.
La piscine d hôtel Heliotel de Montferrier sur Lez est petite.
