More than value for our money, easy location, so comfortable.
Pros:

Room was warm whenever we entered - kind staff had popped aircon on and it was really cold outside so we were very grateful. The cleanliness and comfort of the room was just a delight. We slept incredibly well.

Despite a Jazz festival, my room has been extremely quiet. Haven’t heard any traffic coming down the hill either.

We always stay at Scenic Hotel when visiting Paihia. Our fave hotel. Always consistent, clean, tidy, and the most comfortable beds. Room service is always good and friendly staff.

We had a great time!
Pros:

Veggie stack for brekky was deeeelish! Yummy roast dinner on Friday nights. We enjoyed the space. Shower was devine, nice and big with great water pressure. Awesome sized bathroom for the room. Comfy bed but we like a little firmness. Comfy seating. So cool to see a stereo in the room...lolz. Could hook up to it with our aux cord. 😆 Great to open the doors and get good breeze through the room.

Pros:

Staff were amazing at check in, upgraded room, it was lovely and clean, our room rate includes breakfast...me and my grandchildren loved it here xxx

Cons:

Grandchildren couldn't use pool because it's solar heated but it was cold, I have mentioned this because they were looking forward to a swim.

Cons:

Not enough parking, there should be assigned parking for guests/rooms. Had an inter connected room and very noisy other guests. Doors banged shut very loudly. No plates etc

Pros:

I liked that it was comfy.

Cons:

Unfortunately there was a cloth that looked like someone shat on the rag in the shower as we walked into the room on the night we checked in.

And the fact the bathroom smelt like piss.
