Pros:

Everything was excellent. It is close to the Central bus/train station, yet pleasant and free from street noise. The food was good, and the staff were excellent. We would especially like to thank Ms. Ally and Mr. Dario; they were very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful staff and amazing location!
Pros:

The staff was super friendly and wonderful. I felt a genuine care from them to provide a great experience. The complementary drink and chips was a nice touch after a long day of flights and buses

Cons:

My only slight critique is that the sheets were alright and did the job, but could have been nicer

Very good experience.
Pros:

Staff was exceptionally friendly and ready to help. We were very tired when we arrived and they brought us free cupcakes. Location was easily reached from Milan Central station and Metro. Room was spacy and clean. We had a very good experience overall and will go back for sure.

An amazing hotel that exceeded all expectations! Far better than 3 stars!
Pros:

I am so incredibly glad I chose c-hotels Atlantic. There are so many hotels around the central station, but this one is a true gem. The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk from Milan Central Station, which is extremely convenient, especially for catching the shuttle bus to Bergamo Airport.The hotel features a beautiful interior with freshly renovated corridors. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious both the room and the bathroom were. The massive bed was super comfortable, and thanks to the excellent blackout curtains and great soundproofing, it was exceptionally quiet and peaceful.Another huge plus is that the hotel is perfectly equipped for travelers with large suitcases—there is no need to lift or carry them up any stairs. Last but not least, the staff was amazingly helpful and attentive. It is truly rare to find such high-quality service. The overall experience feels way higher than a standard 3-star rating.I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!
