Very nice staff and very clean rooms. Plus AC worked very well and also convienent to train station. Also the bar was lovely with snacks for drinks. Walking distance to tourists spots and also metro station next to hotel if you didn’t want to walk . Safe area too with nice restaurants around . Will surely come back. Thank you

A beautiful hotel with an absolutely stunning view! The staff were incredible: such positive, warm, and welcoming people, full of positive energy. This is something that truly makes a difference and does not go unnoticed! The hotel was very clean and peaceful, and the staff were always ready and happy to help. I highly recommend it! The breakfast was also amazing, with a great variety of options and absolutely everything you could wish for!

The staff were beautiful and they upgraded us to a very comfortable room.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast not included in our price but had option to pay for it and was worth it- great choices and happy Breakfast staff. Location away from main center of city but close to central train station and hop on hop off bus stop which we utilized. Lauren and Darius were extremely helpful and happy and polite and must commend them with their hospitality skills. Recommend staying at this hotel. We also used gym which was a bonus for us.

Estamos viajando pela Europa e já passamos por 11 cidades, hospedando-nos em diversos hotéis. Posso dizer, sem dúvida, que este hotel foi uma das melhores e mais agradáveis surpresas de toda a nossa viagem.

Quero destacar especialmente o atendimento da recepcionista Ally. Ficamos impressionados com seu carinho, atenção, simpatia e cuidado conosco. Foi um atendimento verdadeiramente especial. Depois de tantos hotéis e tantas cidades, nunca havíamos recebido uma atenção como essa.

O café da manhã é maravilhoso, excelente em qualidade e também no atendimento. Toda a equipe merece nossos elogios, mas faço questão de destacar também o René, extremamente carinhoso, prestativo e atencioso. Seu atendimento foi fantástico e fez com que nos sentíssemos realmente bem recebidos.

Além da excelente localização, o grande diferencial deste hotel são as pessoas. O atendimento dos funcionários foi, até agora, o melhor que encontramos em toda a nossa viagem pela Europa.

É uma pena que nem todos os hotéis por onde passamos tenham conseguido proporcionar uma experiência assim!

It was an amazing place to stay, the staff, specially Ally was really nice and friendly. Definitely we recommend this place and when we came back to Milano, this will be our first option

A convenient and comfortable hotel well located near to Centrale station. The room was adequate for me as a solo traveller, although I would have probably wanted more space if I were travelling with my wife. I would stay here again for a similar trip.
