Cons:

Everything. The staff at the reception were not attentive, just friendly enough to do their job. We were a family wit kids and got a completely worn down room. The bathroom utilities were broken, the bedsheet was torn and damaged wall. After talking to the receptionist my comment was ignored, not reactions to it at all.

Excellent room, service and value for money.
Pros:

The staff were fantastic, I was so impressed by how attentive and customer focused they were. I booked this last minute as I needed a central hotel stay before heading home to London. As someone who travels frequently, I’m very rarely impressed by hotels but this one delivered value for money. The room was great. The service was great. I’ll definitely stay there again.

Pros:

Close to station, helpful staff who very kindly upgraded our room!

Cons:

While fine for us, there were steps down to breakfast room and bar area. So maybe not the best fit for anyone less mobile.

Una buona soluzione per un breve soggiorno di lavoro
Pros:

La cortesia e la disponibilità del personale, sempre gentile e attento. Il pensiero di benvenuto e quello di arrivederci.
Comoda la posizione per chi deve prendere un treno, vista la vicinanza alla stazione.

Cons:

La rigidità del materasso. Dallo scarico della doccia usciva un po' di cattivo odore. La colazione è ok ma potrebbe essere meglio, ad esempio aggiungere uno yogurt intero naturale e un caffè fatto con una macchina del caffè non automatica.
