Too expensive for what we got.
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

Bathroom shower head needs repair.
Bathroom door handle made a super loud noise, waking people at night.
Had to walk up two flights of stairs to get to our room. The elevator didn’t go to the top floor to our suite. Plus the elevator was very small.

Un bel modo per soggiornare a Milano
Pros:

Great location and helpful staff.
Pros:

Great location, staff was super friendly and very helpful. As an English speaker, I really appreciated being able to communicate in my own language. Appreciated that there was an elevator.

La posizione è la varietà della colazione

Cons:

La cosa che mi è piaciuta meno, e che a mio parere dovrebbe incidere negativamente sulla valutazione in stelle dell’hotel, è il modo in cui comunica il personale tra di sé, in particolare gli addetti alla manutenzione, che ogni mattina, mentre gli ospiti fanno colazione, parlano a voce molto alta, quasi urlando.
Ho chiesto gentilmente di abbassare il tono della voce, perché al mattino nessuno ha voglia di fare colazione ascoltando persone che parlano ad alta voce, ma la mia richiesta è stata rispettata appena per un paio di minuti.
Inoltre, la porta che dà sulla cucina viene lasciata aperta, per cui si sente praticamente tutto ciò che accade e viene detto all’interno.
La pulizia è mediocre. Per esempio, una tazza con del tè è rimasta sporca per tutta la durata del mio soggiorno.

Personalmente ritengo che questo hotel sia più vicino a un tre stelle, pur applicando tariffe da quattro stelle.

il personale di manutenzione parla ad alta voce, e non fa caso ai ospiti che stanno facendo collazione o che si trovano nella reception. Tremendo. Ho abbassate la categoria del hotel perché no possiate controllare questo o dovete parlare seriamente con loro.

The staff were lovely

Cons:

Housekeeping weren’t great and the bins in my room weren’t emptied when we first got there. And they could do with some hooks in the bathroom or room.
