Mira, la encargada del desayuno. Una persona encantadora, educada, sonriente y eficiente. El mejor capuccino
La ubicación no está mal. Las habitaciones son silenciosas y las camas muy buenas.

Cons:

Teníamos 2 habitaciones, una individual y otra doble. Para 3 personas. La individual no se ocupó porque una de mis amigas no pudo viajar por enfermedad que se presentó el mismo día del viaje. Por la conversación con la recepcionista entendimos que era posible la devolución de una parte del importe. No ocurrió. Pero una semana después de marcharnos seguimos sin recibir la factura de dicha individual. Nos dieron largas allí y continúan en este momento. Me hace pensar que la habitación se ocupó y no pueden doblar la factura.

La rampa para las maletas es muy poco práctica e incómoda. El ascensor no está en cota cero y, por supuesto, nadie te echa una mano.

Excellent hotel, outstanding service, and a perfect stay from start to finish. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Pros:

The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and professional throughout our stay. The location was excellent and convenient, and all facilities were of a very high standard. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

There was nothing ı did not like. Everything was excellent and met all of my expectations.

Wszędzie blisko. Malutkie ale czyste pokoje. Czyściutka pościel i fajne ręczniki. Bardzo miły personel. Szybkie zameldowanie i wymeldowanie. Żadnych ukrytych opłat.

Pomimo próśb nie uzupełniano kawy i herbaty.

Location was perfect for me, 12min walk to the Dome. Room is very clean and tidy.
