fantastic!
Pros:

brilliant! air con was perfect and very relaxing. staff where incredible offered amazing service and looked after me so well! always very friendly and welcoming saying hi when you entered at the reception and ready to chat to you with whatever you need! would recommend staying here. The cucumber and lemon water was a nice touch!

Pros:

Die Stadt ist sehr schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof Centrale ist auch 10 min zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und das Personal hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber.
Handtücher vorhanden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werde wieder kommen. Wir durften nach dem aus checken das Gepäck im Hotel stehen lassen.

Pros:

Lovely property, only about 20 mins from centre of Milan. Loved the lights in the shower! Team were really welcoming and helpful.

Pros:

Was able to accept our booking last minute and was super close to the Repubblica Metro/Tram stop, which is 1 stop away from the central train station and 3 stops away from Duomo.

Cons:

The bathroom was super tiny and we could barely sit on the toilet without our knees hitting the shower doors. There is no manual lock or deadbolt on the door, but instead a "Privacy" button that obviously did not work because our bed was re-made while we were out.

Good location, very friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Good location. Comfortable walking distance to Milano Céntrale station and restaurants. Clean room and very lovely staff.

Cons:

The bathroom size is terribly small. The distance between the toilet and the wall made it very awkward to sit. We are 5’10 and 6’1 tall. Could barely turn around in the shower without touching the walls.

Great location near the station with wonderful staff and excellent AC!
Pros:

This was a great location for a short trip to Milan! We used the tram to get to the accommodation, which stops very close by, and there were shops and sights within walking distance. It is an excellent choice if you are looking for a hotel near the railway station. The staff was incredibly welcoming and cheerful which I absolutely loved! Also the air conditioning was fantastic and a lifesaver in the summer heat. I would definitely choose this accommodation again.

Cons:

There were just a couple of minor things that could be improved. First we couldn't get the TV to work without Italian voiceovers/dubbing. We also tried to cast our phone to the TV but it only played the audio from HBO while the screen remained black so we weren't able to watch our shows in the evening. Second we heard fireworks from inside the room at least three times during the night even though the balcony door was fully closed.
