Pros:

Le personnel du petit déjeuné est super sympa et attentif à nos besoins. La chambre était propre, la salle de bain manquait de lumière.

Pros:

Niente. Schermi in camera non smart, ascensori che devi aspettare 2 ore per prenderli, staff che non ti ascolta e ti lascia in attesa decine di minuti, prodotti da bagno col contagocce…. Una scelta pessima, non ci tornero mai piu. Da evitare!

Velocità e gentilezza, con colazione fantastica
Pros:

Velocità di check-in, dimensioni stanza, colazione veramente di altissima qualità.

Cons:

1. Aria condizionata anche quando era spenta la centralina entrava comunque dal filtro all'entrata ed al bagno
2. il check-in online non era funzionante

Lovely hotel, great location, fantastic staff!
Pros:

Great location and great hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very nice with a decent choice. Rooms were clean and modern.

One sink wad obstructed, only one lift on the left wing, took ages to go up and down. The room needed a bit of a renovation.

Korkunç soğuk üfleyen ve kapatılamayan havalandırma sistemi
Pros:

Kahvaltı çok iyiydi. konumu tren istasyonuna ve metro durağına çok yakın. Metro durağı otelin kapısının önünde. Temizlik konusunda da sorun yaşamadık.

Cons:

Oda pencereleri açılmıyor. Kocaman sabit pencereler var. Ben odayı havaladırmayı, oksijen almayı tercih ederim. Bunu söylediğimde bir usta gönderildi odaya, küçücük 2 pencere var, onları açtılar. ama pencerenin kolu yok. siz istediğiniz zaman açıp kapatamıyorsunuz. İkinci ve daha büyük sorun odanın çok soğuk olması. Klimayı kapatmamıza rağmen ısınmadı ki Milano kalışımız boyunca 33 dereceydi. Banyo bölümünde bir tür havalandırma çalışıyor. Fakat klima demek daha doğru olur. Çünkü özellikle girişi, banyoyu ve odayı 19 derece yapıyor. Taşlar fayanslar buz gibi. ayakkabısız çorapsız yere basamıyorduk. Oda buz gibi. Duştan çıktığımda titriyordum. Duş alamk benim için bir eziyet haline geldi.
Klima kapalı olmasına rağmen yatağın bulunduğu kısım en fazla 22 dereceye kadar ısındı. Çünkü banyo ve giriş tarafındaki klima yüksek fan ayarında ve 19 belki daha düşük bir hava üflüyordu. Dışarının 33 derece olmasına ve camlar açık olmasına rağmen odayı ısıtamadık. Ve bu havalandırma üzerinde hiçbir kontrolünüz yok. Şikayet ettiğimizde merkezi olduğu ve kapatılamayacağı söylendi. İlk gecemizde ateşlendim. Pijamanın üstüne montumu giyip uyumak zorunda kaldım ki hasta olmasam bile 19 derece benim için çok düşük. Her insanın yapısı farklı, oda ısısı üzerinde konaklayan kişinin kontrolü olabilmeli. Her insanı aynı ısıya/soğuğa mahkum etmek bence korkunç.

We were really happy and satisfied with our stay in Glam Hotel. We will surely book again.
Pros:

Location is very nice, Few steps away from Central Station. Room is cozy and clean. Nice view of the city. Breakfast is also good with lots of choices.

Cons:

Internet/Wi-fi is not working during our stay but the staff gave us free drinks to compensate.
