Location, clean and the staff are friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The bed mattress and the pillows are hard. It causes some neck and back pain. Not comfortable at all.

Cons:

Huoneessa oli kaksi tuuletusluukkua huonosti suljettu. Toinen oli kokonaan lukitsematta ja aukesi vetämällä, toinen oli yläosasta raollaan. Melu kadulta kuului esteettä ja häiritsevästi sisään. Vastaanotto lainasi ystävällisesti ikkunan avaimen, että sain korjattua ongelman itse. Näin siksi, koska muut olivat jo nukkumassa eikä henkilökunnan sopinut tulla huoneeseen.Luukkujen sulkemisen jälkeen huone oli erittäin hiljainen.

Wc:n ja huoneen väliovi kolahtelivat ikävästi seinään. Wc:n ovi valui itsestään seinään ja kolahti aina. Väliovi taas otti lattiaan kiinni eikä sulkeutunut. Ei ollut meille merkittävä ongelma onneksi, mutta voi olla häiritsevä.

Laseja ja mukeja oli varattu vain kahdelle, vaikka meitä oli neljä. Vuodesphva oli kuitenkin avattu valmiiksi ja samalla olisi voinut toimittaa lisää laseja ja mukeja. Ei lopulta aiheuttanut kuitenkaan ongelmaa.

Excelente localização, vale a pena

Localização excelente, ha quartos com vista para a estação, belíssimo!

Cons:

Funcionário muito agressivo e grosso, fez com que nos sentíssemos mal. Precisam treina-los melhor, independentemente de como é a cultura do local, recebem hóspedes internacionais, portanto, a cordialidade deve ser padrão internacional

Very nice and convenient hotel across from Central Station!
Pros:

Great place to stay with helpful and friendly staff right across the plaza from the Central station. The hotel can reserve a taxi for you to Malpensa but taking the train was so easy and convenient.

Pros:

The staff at this hotel are all sooooooo friendly....maybe it is still early in the tourist season but they really are just lovely. The location of the hotel is perfect if you are travelling by train.

Buon hotel centrale da tener presente per soggiorni a Milano

Komfortowy odpoczynek w centrum miasta
Pros:

Wspaniała lokalizacja, krok do metra i tramwaju, 5minut do autobusów na lotnisko. Mimo bliskości ruchliwej ulicy nie było słychać hałasu,profesjonalne okna dźwiękoszczelne. Bardzo wygodny materac i przestronny pokój.
Fantastyczny widok z okna.
Przemiła obsługa!!

Mały wybór na śniadaniu.
W pokoju brakuje miejsca do położenia walizek i wieszaków na kurtki. Łazienka bardzo ciemna, warto pomyśleć o dodatkowym oświetleniu i miejscu na położeniu chociażby ubrań.
