Would not recommend staying here, definitely not a 4 star hotel

Cons:

The staff were rude, we were left without constant running water for almost 24 hours and I was made to pay an extra €300 upon arrival. I was promised a refund of €150 which I have not yet received and it’s been 10 days. Booking.com have also not responded to any communication I have sent them.

Mokinba Hotels King is an excellent choice for a stay in Milan. The hotel is perfectly located in the historic city centre, within walking distance of the main attractions, making it easy to explore and experience the city on foot. Everything was impeccably clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. A great option for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a warm atmosphere in the heart of Milan.

La posizione è ottima e lo staff è assolutamente preparato e disponibile. Comodissimo il servizio di holding dei bagagli.
Nonostante la temperatura torrida all'esterno, l'intero hotel era ben condizionato.

Cons:

La colazione è esclusa dal prezzo, vanno aggiunti 15€ a testa. Le dimensioni del bagno erano davvero ridotte (minimo spazio tra seduta e doccia) e la doccia perdeva leggermente.
