Charmant hotel en zeer vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Prima locatie. Prima kamer. Iets gedateerd maar daardoor ook charmant. Bijzonder vriendelijk personeel. Ik kwam om 12:00 uur en ik kreeg gratis een upgrade naar een 2 persoonskamer zodat ik de kamer al op kon, omdat de oorspronkelijke kamer nog niet gereed was.

A great place for a quick stop in centrale Milan
Pros:

This was such a cute boutique hotel located near one of the major parks in the city which made it perfect for us. Very quiet at night and the entire staff was ready to assist from the moment we arrived. Beautifully appointed rooms and a lovely sitting area near the bar made us feel like we stepped out of time. The breakfast was also buffet style but everything was fresh and warm. We also have to give our bartender major accolades for delicious pre dinner drinks.

Quaint and lovely Hotel
Pros:

Hotel is very welcoming, almost a little old fashioned but with loads of charm. Standard room was more than adequate with tea and coffee making facilities and a very comfy bed .Breakfast was excellent, everything fresh with very attentive staff overseeing everything. Location is good, not in the centre of Milan but easy walking to shops and Duomo etc. Staff are so helpful, gave us advice on what to do, how to use trams and metro. Also on restaurants in the local area, which we did use 3 times. Very happy with the recommendations. Must mention Matteo and Federico who replied to my emails when I needed help and advice before our trip. You won't be disappointed should you stay here

Great location and fantastic staff - had a comfortable stay and sleep!
Pros:

Quaint hotel, fantastic helpful staff and a comfortable bed! The location is great and central for what we wanted. We enjoyed sharing a meal with two other couples from the hotel because we all took the front desks recommendation for a restaurant.
The breakfast was great and they served a lovely cappuccino or two to start the day.
I would call this a boutique hotel - rooms are not large but that's not how I rank a great stay. Great sleep, quiet location and lots of perks!

A perfect place to stay.
Pros:

Staff were each superb, location excellent, terrific breakfast experience, easy parking arrangement. Would stay here again every time.

Cons:

Nothing at all. Impossible to fault which, for me, is not usually the case.
