Ein sehr schönes und ruhiges Hotel in guter, relativ zentraler Lage. Die Piazza del Duomo ist in etwa 25 bis 30 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, alternativ gelangt man mit der Straßenbahn in nur ungefähr fünf Minuten dorthin.
Das Zimmer war großzügig, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders positiv waren das schöne Badezimmer mit hochwertigen Pflegeprodukten sowie der Kühlschrank mit einer Auswahl an Getränken. Auch ein Aufzug ist vorhanden.
Der Empfang war ausgesprochen herzlich, und das gesamte Personal überzeugte durch freundlichen und aufmerksamen Service. Insgesamt bietet das Hotel ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Pros:

The Lancaster Hotel is a MUST stay in Milan. The staff is amazing. They are so helpful. Someone is always at the front desk to help you, even at 3 am!
They even suggested great places to eat. They even made a reservation for us!
I highly recommended this hotel. You will NOT be disappointed!

Quando lo staff fa la differenza!
Pros:

Staff accogliente e super disponibile, camera pulita con letti comodi e mini bar con qualche bevanda fresca free, aria condizionata regolabile e ottima colazione.
Hotel situato in una zona che ci è sembrata tranquilla e sicura.

Cons:

Camere con arredamenti forse un po' datati ma spaziose e pulite. Per noi è stato assolutamente un problema ma come info, la metro più vicina dista 10/12 minuti a piedi dall hotel.
