Beautiful stay at Lancaster with great location and friendly staff
Pros:

Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming at all times. Our room was very comfortable and spacious for two. Great location with easy access to transportation and right next to Parco Sempione for lovely morning walks

Pros:

Příjemný menší hotel, milý a vstřícný personál. Snídaně nebyla obzvlášť bohatá, ale dostatečná. Výborné umístění - ne úplně v centru, ale v docházkové vzdálenosti, kousek od Arco della Pace na jedné straně a Tre Torri na druhé straně. V klidu jsme pak došli pěšky přes Bosco Verticale na hlavní nádraží. Za rohem několik linek tramvaje.

Cons:

Sprcha nebyla vyřešená úplně inteligentně, ale nic, co by se nedalo na jednu nebo dvě noci zvládnout.

Pros:

My second stay in this hotel this year - our room was clean and large and comfortable with a lovely bathroom, USB charging port near the bed and a few complimentary waters and soft drinks the fridge.
The staff are all very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast has a very good variety.
The location is easy to access from main stations by public transport and a short walk.
It has a classic old style hotel charm but has updated features.

The staff were lovely and accommodating. The property is traditional and very well maintained. The room reasonably comfortable. Free use of the mini fridge was a nice gesture. Breakfast service by the young gentleman was great. Clean.

Cons:

The triple room was a little small for luggage placement for three people. The bathroom was a little awkward with the toilet directly in front of the window, difficult to achieve natural light, and had to go downstairs to use an iron. Very expensive. We preferred other locations in Milan that did not feel so touristy.

A pleasant stay in a peaceful location
Pros:

The hotel was in a peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre but there were good tram connections within easy walking distance. It was very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The bedroom was peaceful and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good.

Cons:

The bedroom needed an upgrade. The wardrobe was very small with only four hangers at a high level and there was no drawer space for clothes etc. The corner shower was very small and the shower head turned towards the wall when the shower was turned on, making it difficult to shower.

Perfect location if you want a no frills stay outside of town but not too far away.
Pros:

Easier location to get an uber than in the centre of town. Quiet location for sleeping. Clean and comfortable for a few nights stay. Very pleasant staff.

Cons:

Having shower gel and hair shampoo in one bottle, very little in there and no hair conditioner was a somewhat disappointing.
