Estadia justa com localização próxima a estação, mas com pontos a melhorar
Pros:

Preço justo. Funcionários atenciosos.

Cons:

Demora do chuveiro para esquentar. Necessidade de pegar 2 elevadores para subir 1 andar. E houve um dia em que chegamos no hotel e a porta do quarto havia sido deixada destrancada pela equipe de limpeza.

Cons:

This was an extremely terrible hotel experience. The air conditioning was broken and nobody was willing to fix or handle it. There was hair on the bathroom towels, bed bugs on the bed, and strange bugs around the bedside area. We reported these issues multiple times, but the staff completely ignored us and showed no concern at all. I strongly advise everyone not to stay at this hotel.
這是一間非常糟糕的飯店。冷氣壞掉卻沒有人願意處理，廁所浴巾上還有頭髮，床上甚至有床蝨，床頭附近也出現奇怪的蟲子。我們多次反應這些問題，但飯店人員完全不理會，也沒有任何處理態度。真心奉勸大家不要來住這間飯店，非常不衛生也非常不負責任。

Für eine Nacht ok und praktisch, für längers eher nicht.
Pros:

zentrale Lage beim Bahnhof. Betten bequem und sauber.

Cons:

Leider konnte das Zimmer den Erwartungen nicht entsprechen. Es ist zum Teil sanierungsbedürftig:
Die Sockelleisten sind beschädigt, bröckeln teilweise und weisen schwarze Verfärbungen auf. Auch im Badezimmer zeigten sich Mängel – das Wasser floss nur schlecht bis gar nicht ab und die Duschwanne ist ebenfalls renovierungsbedürftig.

Beim Frühstück gab es ebenfalls Enttäuschungen. Gegen 8:45 Uhr war ein grosser Teil des Buffets bereits leer und wurde nur unzureichend nachgefüllt. Besonders auffällig war, dass ein einzelner Mitarbeiter gleichzeitig für Abräumen, Abwasch, Eindecken, Buffetauffüllen und die Zubereitung von Rührei zuständig war. Trotz seines grossen Einsatzes wirkte er verständlicherweise überfordert und wurde vom Hotel offensichtlich allein gelassen.

Insgesamt hinterlässt der Aufenthalt einen gemischten Eindruck: Freundliches Personal steht deutlichem Renovationsbedarf und organisatorischen Schwächen gegenüber.
