Room was comfy enough just old and quirky things didn't work

Good location good breakfast clean room good beds. I was in a very quiet room

Cons:

Phone land hairdryer and fridge sis not work. Room was clean but the old carpets in the hallways looked like they had not been vacuumed in months. Was kind of gross. The door to our bathroom did not close. That was bad

Hotel bonito y silencioso adecuado para visitas cortas a la ciudad o viajes de negocios.
Pros:

Ubicación vecina a la estación Milano Centrale y a 4 paradas de metro de Piazza del Duomo. Restaurant The Friends a 50 metros, con atención cordial, amplio menú con platos abundantes y precios moderados.

Cons:

Para estadías más prolongadas habría venido bien un placard y también una conexión de TV a servicios de streaming.

Walking distance to Milan central train station & subway

Cons:

The flush of toilet was erratic as it sometimes worked or didn’t. Electricity was also temperamental as it sometimes worked or didn’t when the card was inserted. Requests for extra pillows were denied as we booked a quadruple room & the staff said we were entitled to 6 pillows.

Close to Milan Centrale Station

Cons:

Very tiny room. Shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor, obviously the seal was damaged or non existent. Moukd in shower. Bathroom sink was gross and blocked up with gunk and grime, obviously the plug/drain had not been cleaned in a very long time, sink would not drain for at least 20 minutes. Lift was grubby, floor dirty. Luggage storage after checkout was not secure. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING THERE. Cannot understand how it's ratings were achieved.
