Slechte matrassen helemaal doorgezakt. Geen enkele vorm van bijvoorbeeld bekertjes of water op de kamer. Minibar is een slechte werkent klein leeg koelkastje.

Gostaria de registrar uma reclamação sobre nossa hospedagem no quarto 112 (Quadruplo Superior), onde ficaram hospedados quatro adultos.

O principal problema foi o ar-condicionado, que permaneceu sem funcionar durante toda a estadia. Havia um ventilador no quarto e fomos informados de que o equipamento estava em manutenção, porém o reparo não foi realizado. Passamos os quatro dias em um quarto muito quente e abafado. Solicitamos a troca de quarto, mas fomos informados de que o hotel estava lotado.

Também encontramos diversos problemas de manutenção, como sujeira no teto, guarnição da porta do banheiro solta, quadro elétrico desprendido da parede e chuveiro principal sem funcionamento. Além disso, o box vazava água, alagando o banheiro e parte do quarto, sendo necessário secar o piso após cada banho.

O café da manhã era bastante simples, um dos atendentes estava com a roupa visivelmente manchada de suor, em dois dias foram disponibilizadas toalhas em quantidade inferior ao número de hóspedes e a equipe de limpeza retirou sacolas do quarto que não eram lixo.

Booking.com cancelled our room without notifying us. It was 10:30pm and the staff were not helpful at all. We were stuck

I had got a reservation in that hotel and when i arrived, the morose receptionist girl was upset because of my reservation rate was low and she claimed that booking tried to call me to cancel this reservation and that didn’t happen. I called booking and chatted with the agent for almost one hour and no result and replied that the reservation was mistake and booking didn’t take the responsibility to fix it or to make compensation . Just returning the money to my credit card and of course after deduction.
They reacted as they were surprised with my reservation.
Even they didn’t send me on the private chat here on booking , no email ,no call .

The facilities were old and it felt like they didn’t really care about renovating the rooms . Clearly there was mold on some facilities like the shower or sink, and overall it was not conformable to move around. It was clean but it felt less clean because of how everything was kind of neglected. On the carpet there were weird spots as well as strange patch worked walls.

המלון היה שונה ממה שפורסם בבוקינג כולל התמונות המוצגות. המלון מציין שיש לו מזגן אך בפועל הגענו בשיא הימים החמים באירופה ובמפתיע בחדר שלנו המזגן לא עבד. קיבלנו מאווררים ואמרו לנו שביום למחרת הדבר יתוקן אך לא כך נעשה. פקידת הקבלה שהייתה במשמרת ערב הייתה מאוד קצרה ולא נעימה כלל, כל הזמן עשתה פרצופים לכל בקשה לגיטימית מאוד הקשורה למיזוג האוויר בחדר. מכיוון שהיה כל כך חם בחדר אני כמעט הגעתי לבית חולים. רק לאחר איומים קיבלנו בלילה האחרון חדר ממוזג. החדר היה שונה לחלוטין ממה שמפורסם אז שימו לב לכך.
בארוחת הבוקר המבחר היה דל ביותר והיה מלצר אחד שכל הזמן התנצל שלא מספיק להכין את הביצים למשל.
לא אחזור על הטעות שוב ואזמין מלון כזה והכי חשוב לבדוק שאכן התמונות והמידע שמוצג אמיתי.
